Staff was great all round. Attentive and respectable. Anna, Ashley, and Tim were particularly notable. Cleaning staff, Gloria, attentive but not intrusive.”
One elevator was out of service for my entire stay which with a building of this size was a bit of a worry.

Big Room.
Hotel was middle of remodeling. Construction Vehicle put a white mark on my passenger door. Hotel hot tub now working, water dirty. Pool was not heated. Construction Material took up most of the parking.
