Great location, walking distance from concert venue that brought me to Albuquerque. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance as well! Bed was super comfy. Robes provided in the room were also really great. Walking into the room with the TV slide show personalized to you was also a really fun touch. All staff at the front and valet attendants were super helpful and very friendly. Staff at the bar was also really nice. I'll be staying here again next time I'm in Albuquerque.

Staff was great - I was on the 8th floor and the room was very quiet (I was there for the Duke's City marathon) and was able to get a good night's sleep.
I self parked in the garage next to the hotel. As a single woman, I didn't feel safe going to the garage. I recommend using the valet service.

Checking in was easy, and the doormen were friendly and welcoming. The lobby is truly beautiful — that first impression was elegant and inviting.
The side entrance door was broken, which gave a less polished impression before even getting to the room. In the room, the carpet felt old and somewhat sticky, making the space less comfortable than expected. The bathroom was not as clean as it should have been: there were hair clumps left in the shower floor, and the tiles looked like they hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly.Our TV remote didn’t work, which was inconvenient. Overall, parts of the room clearly needed updating and deeper maintenance.
