Comfortable, well-equipped property in a great location with fabulous hosts.
Very comfortable property in a non-touristy location at the bottom of Grossglockner Ski Resort - ski bus at the door, lots of winter/summer sports options, friendly community. A well-stocked little supermarket is only a short stroll away and the bakery delivers fresh bread to the apartment each morning according to your order. Georg is a fabulous host; enthusiastically sharing his love and knowledge of the area, and offering us his help when we needed it. We feel like we’ve made a new friend and we look forward to returning to Kals soon!

just perfect
Very nice apartment in very nice location. Great view from the balcony. apartment was clean, nicely prepared for our stay. Children were very pleased to find chocolate on their pillow :))) Well equiped kitchen, as well with dishwasher. Nice and friendly host, who provided us with all the information we needed and advised us on the trips. We enjoyed our stay a lot and we will come back for sure. There are so many hiking opportunities. Thank you for great holiday!

8 day ski vacation at New Years
We are a family of 5. 3 boys ages 9-11. The stay was amazing. The hosts are super cool. The skiing very gemütlich and close by. No crowds. The Kals village is very scenic and has a a true alpine feeling. The apartment has EVERYTHING you need and more. We enjoyed skiing at Kals, Matrei, and Lienz where we also saw the womens' World Cup in slalom. The swimming pool Lienz rocks.
