Amazing apartment, rude reception staff.
Amazing apartment, great view, nice pool, roomy and comfortable.
The lady at the reception was borderline racist, berating us for speaking to her in English despite living in Germany (she saw the address on the ID card). After we switched to German she refused and continued in English. Some built up anger I guess that definitely influenced our first impression. I would suggest the owner to find a different person to receive people.

Не сподобалась адміністраторка яка нас заселяла була не привітна і з нашої компанії тільки одна людина розмовляла англійською і вона возмущалась і сказала щоб ми вчили англійську або німецьку це взагалі не її справа це було не приємно а коли ми висилялись то уже була привітна і комунікаційна, щира

Leider nicht mehr, da Preis - Leistung schlecht
Die Lage in Matrei und der Pool, war leider wegen eher schlechteren Wetter nicht wirklich zu benutzen.
Die Wohnung, da schon älter eher abgelebt, Schranktür zur Waschmaschine kaputt, unter Kühlschrank Lüftungsschlitze sehr schmutzig, Vorhang ausgehängt oder ausgerissen, daher Preis - Leistung, 3 Nächte über 800,-, nicht wert. Diese Sachen mussten wir erst melden, da bei Ankunft im Hotel Rauter 250,- Kaution verlangt wurde, aber von diesen Sachen nichts wussten, und wir nicht für diese Schäden zahlen wollten.

Traumhafte Ausblicke in Osttirol
Sehr schöne Wohnung! Hochwertig ausgestattet. Die Küche ist toll, es ist alles da. Die Bäder sind geräumig, die Schlafzimmer ebenso. Es gibt ausreichend Stauraum. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr gut gepflegt. Es gibt einen sehr breiten Garagenplatz. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist traumhaft.
Der Pool könnte etwas wärmer sein. In Matrei ist leider nicht viel los. Die Pizzerei ist empfehlenswert.

Heerlijke vakantie gehad. Appartement was prima uitvalsbasis voor vele uitstapjes in de omgeving.
Mooie, ruime, nette accommodatie. Prima locatie. Fijn dat er een gemeenschappelijk zwembad is. Ondanks dat het water niet verwarmd is, hebben de kinderen lekker gezwommen met het mooie weer.

Es ist alles da was man braucht. Alles sauber. Super Lage. Das Personal vom Hotel ist sehr freundlich. Abwicklung reibungslos. Wir kommen gerne wieder.☺️ Es war ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub. Ein großes Dankeschön an Herrn Seidl!
Toilettenpapier waren nur 4 Rollen da (8 Personen). Wir wussten nicht, das wir welches mitbringen müssen. War aber nicht schlimm, das Hotel hat uns netterweise ausgeholfen. Ein paar Kleiderhaken im Bad wären super. Das ist keine negative Bewertung sondern bitte nur als Verbesserungsvorschlag sehen. 🙂
