Very nice stay, comfortable apartment

The apartment was very comfortable, all we needed was there, the host was lovely

everything was nice, you just need to be used to the smell of the real village life -cows, sheep......

A beautiful stay

Host is a wonderful lady, very kind and helpful, as well as her family. Many thanks to them! Apartment on the second floor is big, clean and have a terrace with a beautiful view on the mountains, valley and Matrei. Beside the house there is a large barn with cows which was really lovely to see, especially for kids. Ski gondola is not far, couple of minutes by car.

The small bedroom was a little bit cold during the coldest nights, but the rest of the apartment was warm.

Very nice location, easy to go to ski lift with car. The hosts are extremely friendly people, they even received the ordered skis at their address. The apartment is very comfortable, all in wood, very warm. It has everything listed in the description.

Cozy starting point for an active holiday.

Owners were exceptionally helpful. They waited up for us till 11.30 pm as we arrived so late. Made our stay bery pleasant. The accommodation was small but very cozy and super clean. There was a small self-service fridge next door with fresh milk, eggs and other milk products, which was very convenient. We loved our stay!

Excellent host very kind and welcoming, lovely alpine accommodation in a beautiful location

Great location in a beautiful part of Austria. Our host and her family were excellent. They kindly met us at the bus stop when we arrived. Also made us our Breakfast one day as a thank you for staying with them which was very kind. If you like peaceful then this is the place. Couldn't fault anything 1st class and we would definitely go back.

Cozy, quiet and peaceful

The location is excelent due to the closeness of many hiking trails, biking roads as well as shops or restaurants. On a quiet place near the town. The most astonishing view from the balcony ever.

De omgeving en de leuke/lieve eigenaren. Hondvriendelijk.

Het is nog een behoorlijk stuk rijden vanaf de snelweg. We zouden het fijner hebben gevonden indien er zonlicht naar binnen zou schijnen. Het was nogal "dicht" nu. Ook op het "balkon" geen direct zonlicht. We hadden een appartement op de bovenste verdieping en keken uit richting noord/west. Buiten viel niets te zitten. Maar daar leent de accomedatie en ligging zich ook niet voor. We hebben het toch prima naar ons zin gehad.

Struttura accogliente nel bellissimo Osttirol.

Posizione perfetta, persone molto accoglienti e attente ad ogni esigenza.

Pulizia della cucina e delle stoviglie un po’ da rivedere. Il dettaglio dell appartamento segnalava una camera matrimoniale ed una con due letti singoli. Confermata la camera matrimoniale, l altra era composta da un divano letto di passaggio tra la cucina e la zona pranzo.

Matrei in Osttirol.

Ongedwongen sfeer, heel vriendelijke eigenaars, dierenvrienden, proper en ruim appartement, zeer goed bed, rustig gelegen, prachtig uitzicht, ... In het dorp aan de skilift vind je snellader. Iets verderop bij tankstation stond er ook nog 1. Goede supermarkten op minder dan 1km afstand. Net zoals skilift die je naar 2200m brengt.

Vanop het balkon had je weliswaar een prachtig uitzicht op het dal maar het balkon was volledig afgesloten met ramen (vermoedelijk omdat het aan de noordzijde lag en er vaak wind rond boerderij was). Ook was er geen mogelijkheid om in de tuin te gaan zitten bij mooi weer. Buiten zitten, eten, ....was dus niet mogelijk. Bij mooi weer was dit wel jammer. In het dorpje zelf valt er weinig te beleven. Maar er is genoeg te zien in de nabij gelegen dalen.

Heerlijk appartement van alle gemakken voorzien.

Super gastvrije mensen. Schoon appartement met alle gemakken (oven, magnetron, kookstel, vaatwasser, koelkast) en wat er niet is wordt verzorgd (koelelementen in vriezer). Er werd bij 2 weken verblijf een ontbijtje aangeboden door de gastvrouw en er stond regelmatig versgebakken Kuche voor de deur. Ons Duits is niet sehr gut, maar de gastheer/dame deden hun uiterste best om een leuk gesprekje aan te gaan. Wij komen graag nog een keer terug. Fijne tips voor wat er in de omgeving te doen is en een prachtig uitzicht vanuit het appartement. Simeterhof is een prima uitgangsbasis voor het bewandelen van de vele pieken van natuurgebied Hohe Tauern waaronder Grossglockner, Venidiger groep, watervallen, Italië via een smalle eenrichting bergpas (Via Passo Stalle), bezoeken van Lienz of paardrijden in de buurt.

Der Ausblick war der Hammer mitten auf die Berge... Ansonsten liebe volle Gastgeber.... Die Zimmer ausreichend, die Küche hatte alles was man braucht ..

Pueblo y casa con mucho encanto 🏡

Increíble alojamiento. Cálido (estuvimos en invierno), acogedor, espacioso y muy bien equipado, para hacerte sentir como en tu propia casa. Cama muy grande y cómoda, con ropa de cama muy agradable. Con esa calidez que da el interior de madera. Ducha con mucha presión. Con un balcón amplio. Dueño muy amable. Pueblo con mucho encanto, con sus vacas y casas de madera y a menos de 5 minutos en coche de Matrei in Osttirol (20 a pie) dónde encontrarás varios supermercados y todos los servicios.

Není co vytknout, byli jsme velmi spokojeni se vším co nám apartmán nabídl. Velmi milá paní domácí. Jako bonus nám upekla výborné koblihy:-)
