Nice facilities but felt customer service was terrible.

It was fairly new and clean

The staff. The AC/heat unit was not working properly - it kept shutting off. Said they would send someone to look at. No one came. Called back and they said they would look into it. Waiting over an hour for a call back. They said they would have to move us to another room. It was a bigger room but AT NO TIME did they say they it would be an upcharge to us. When we checked out I asked for a receipt but was told it would come from Booking.com. They charged us $60 more and when I called to ask about it, they said it was because of the hold at first, then said it was the taxes and it was something I had to deal with Booking.com about. When booking.com called, they were told three different things before they admitted it was an extra charge because we requested a room upgrade. That was a lie - we just wanted our ac unit fixed or a room that it worked in. We should never have been charged extra because they could not fix the unit in our room and had to move us. Or we should have been given the choice if they were going to charge us more. Terrible customer service.

The staff was amazing and very nice. The beds were comfy and the room was nice sized. There were enough towels for my whole family and having extra pool towels were helpful too!

I booked this hotel on the main basis that there was a hot tub listed. There was none. I was looking for an indoor pool and hot tub because that’s the only thing my husband wanted out of our hotel experience. I was very disappointed that it’s advertised and it was completely gone. I have pics to prove advertising and what we got… also our WiFi never worked the entire time even after talking to staff. And when they said “good” breakfast with smoothies and so much listed and it was just enough variety to keep the kids happy.

False Advertising

False advertising, there is No hot tube. The only reason why i booked this location is because the pictures show an indoor pool and hottube. After traveling all day we arrived checked in, got to our room and all went down to relax. To our suprise and disappointment it was only a pool, there was No hot tube. We went straight back to the room, we didn't even get into the pool. We will not be staying here again.

Our stay was good, but drawback on no staff present at all at front desk during check out time.

Hotel is clean enough and I do like the little brown baggie of water and bagel with jam which we easily got at the front desk.

There was no on-duty staff at the front desk on the day of our check-out. I feel there should at least be one staff there at the front desk at all times. It is good they at least provided a drop off box for the keys of those checking out. But still, I think there should always be one staff there.

Does NOT have advertised hot tub!

Staff were very nice

Reason we chose this hotel was because it was advertised as having a hot tub and pool. It does not have a hot tub! And the indoor pool was tiny! I would not have stayed except we were drenched by sudden rainstorm and too tired to find another hotel.

Outstanding value for money.

Great breakfast (especially the waffles, fresh fruit and the omelettes), we loved the large room, staff were friendly and helpful, and overall it was just a really easy and pleasant stay. Location is great too. Would 100% stay again.

This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

The location was good.

The bathroom was dirty. We were put in a handicap accessible room because they were overbooked. The shower and bathroom were dirty and there was no counter space to put anything. There were loud guests at 11pm and then they were yelling and arguing at 4am. None of the staff members said anything to them and we were next to the lobby. Our room backed up to the meal prep room so I was woken up 5am to the staff preparing breakfast.

The furniture is very marked up. The mirror closet door didn't close. The electrical socket in the bathroom didn't work. All of the coffee stuff is on a floor level shelf under the microwave. Very hard to get to. It should be on the counter that's about waste high. No alarm clock in room.

Terrible

Had issues with my room and them moving me out of a room I already checked into and got keys for, they moved me while I was absent into another room, when I arrived at 1am and my room keys wouldn’t work, I went down stairs and they sent me to another room. I gave excuses

Easy in and easy out for both physical access and room check in.

Air Control in the room difficult to keep at a comfortable level. Had to adjust frequently. It was loud. Pillows were terrible. Quilt was not inside the duvet. The cooked food was terrible. The omelets and bacon hardly tasted real. The oatmeal thin.

"Room at the Inn" that almost wasn't

Breakfast was adequate

When I arrived at 11:30pm my reservation from Booking.com was not in the system! The desk clerk told us there were no available rooms. When he saw how upset I was he looked and found one. First, why was the res NOT in the system??? Second, why did he not look for a room right away before I got upset? I blame Booking.com more, but the clerk was really not customer focused.
