Not good value for the money.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was great. The hotel was not crowded.

They have the strangest breakfast buffet I've ever dealt with. They seat you as if you were in a regular restaurant, ask you what you want off of the buffet (3 choices, scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage), then THEY get you the food from the buffet but they tell you to get your drinks yourself. If you want anything other than the 3 choices from the buffet, such as an omelet, then they charge you full restaurant prices. Then, even if you only have the buffet, they give you a bill asking for a tip. The whole thing is really strange and terrible value for the money you pay for the "breakfast included" option on your booking. I've stayed at a lot of other Hiltons and never experienced this. Also, if you're staying for more than 1 night, be aware that they only provide room service and new towels ever other day. They basically charge premium Hilton prices for a Hotel 6 experience.

Hilton products discriminate against traveling pet owners.

Location

Hilton does not publish its exorbitant Pet fees of $75. This is not pet friendly and Booking.com is also culpable for not requiring proportion do so. Most property pet fees are $25-35 with $50 the highest I have ever seen. Pet owners beware!

Overpriced for what you get.

The staff is the main reason the stay wasn't good or excellent. They were not friendly, unsatisfactory customer service. I tried to make my room reservations through the property but it was very expensive so I went with booking.com. When I checked in the front desk person said well you should have called us directly to make reservations so you wouldn't have to pay this much. No safe in the room. Complimentary tea and coffee not maintained. No one to tell. Front desk manned only 50% of the time we passed by.

Good sleep. Overpaid for amenities.

Room was excellent. The A/C worked perfectly, which was very important toward a good night sleep.

When we arrived, was told that breakfast was NOT included in the price, so lost a breakfast on Morning 1. Rectified situation on Day 2, but no offer was made to reimburse for the paid-for breakfast.

My husband and I enjoyed our honeymoon, the scenery and our hotel location.

I loved the location and the friendly staff. It was near a Waffle House and all the sites we wanted to visit weren’t far either.

It was under renovation and I choose this hotel because I was under the impression I could use the pool. I was very sad I wasn’t able to swim.

The barking dog in the room next to me ruined my stay at this hotel.

The hotel, the staff, the room, and the bed was great, however in the room next to me there was a dog who barked often and I was disturbed by it for most of the night. I did not sleep well because I was kept up by the barking dog.

Very disappointing experience. I have stayed here several times before when i visit family in town.

The breakfast was a rip-off! I paid for the inclusive breakfast, only to be told that it was just a cold breakfast. I would have to pay $20.00-$25.00 dollars extra to get an omelette and a piece of sausage!!! Even the lowest branded hotel chains include warm eggs, sausage or bacon, and pancakes or waffles in the inclusive breakfast. What an embarrassment for a Hilton Hotel..............

This hotel caters to the construction worker crowd. Loud arguments among men at night. Slamming of hotel room doors starting at 5:00AM each day and continuing through 7:00 AM!!! Loud voices yelling at each other in the hallways each morning. Nearly impossible to get a good nights sleep.
