Fantastic value for money, easy and comfortable stay

Easy to access, parking was easy, breakfast was great despite being relatively simple (still has lots of options including a fresh waffle maker). Check-in staff member was great. Building is a bit old but for the price we had a great stay.

Splendid vacation!

My friend Sharon and I have stayed here several times. We love the staff they're very nice. We enjoyed the comfortable beds .We enjoyed the location. Walmart is across the street. I Hop is also across the street. We also had a awesome.breakfast.They had hard boiled eggs,yogurt bread for toast they had bagels and you could make waffles. We look forward to staying there again.

It’s a great location in terms of proximity to pikes peak, etc. that’s about it. Front desk guy there in the mornings was very nice and helpful-chased off a homeless guy so my daughter and I could walk to our car without being bothered.

Homeless people wandering outside greeted us on our arrival. Shower diverter in tub only half worked. Comforter stunk of BO. We checked out a day early because the last straw was the sink got clogged. We reported it at 7am and when we returned to the hotel at 4pm it still was not fixed. Went to the front desk where the woman in front got angry with me. She told me they only have two housekeepers and they start on the 4th floor and work their way down. They handle the maintenance requests and would use a plunger to clear our sink when they got to our room. No plumber was called, no repairs done. When I pressed the issue I was told “it’s a Super 8, what did you expect”. No refund given and was told the manager/owner does not speak with guests. 100% do not recommend especially if female traveling solo or with kids.

Decent hotel for the price.

It's about what you'd expect from a budget hotel. Room was comfortable, but beds were metal boxes with springs and a mattress on top rather than standard box springs that you'd see at a higher end hotel. Desk clerk was very nice and courteous.

Bathroom door was very flimsy. Almost seemed like it would disintegrate when you pulled it open it wobbled so badly. Breakfast was minimal - hard boiled eggs, toast, bagel or English muffin with butter and jelly, cold cereal, that was about it. I think they had a waffle maker. Would have liked more options. Even donuts would be a good addition. Again, about what you'd expect from a budget hotel.

The location was great—near everything. The room was okay, and the breakfast was good. The staff was nice and helpful. I will stay there again.

There were small stains on the walls, but we do not mind. The shampoo and Body Wash were not refilled.

The location is absolutely amazing!

The room was disgusting, breakfast was a joke, the employees were rude, the parking lot is teeny tiny and a pain getting in and out of. The sheets were dirty and stank, the microwave hardly worked and had the same foul odor as the in room fridge. Definitely not worth $255!
