The pool was the best feature

The door to the outside was propped open by the pool. The room the carpet was torn at places And breakfast was gross. The gravy was water. The eggs looked old and the coffee cups were for sampling

The place was dirty, no refrigerator, no microwave, no hair dryer which is stated in rooms. Bugs crawling on walls, tiny ice machine for a lot of rooms. Homeless people camping in parking lot, they come in for breakfast. People banging on doors during the night.

We didn't stay. We promptly checked out and found another hotel.

The only thing I would consider going well was that when we complained of the first room smelling strongly of cigarette smoke, we were immediately moved to a new room, no question.

The entire hotel was unclean and unkempt. The pool was not usable. Check in was 3pm and when I attempted to check in at 2:30 since we were in the area early, we were told it would be an additional charge. The toilet seat was broken. There was a stain on the shower curtain. The entire hotel had an unpleasant odor. Did I mention the entire hotel was seriously unclean?

Location and 2 beds plus pull out couch

No trash can in room. I put we had 5 staying and only had 2 towels provided. Sheets are the only thing provided on the beds. The pillows were horrible and dingy. The pull out bed had old used nasty sheets with hair all over them. The furniture was really strange. The entire hotel smells awful. Had to buy febreeze to tolerate the smell in our room. The ceiling in the tub looked water damaged. Thank god we were only here for one night

Everything…. First let me begin by saying the room stink like smoke and had burn cigarette in chair. Next we lift the cushion on the chair because we drop something in chair ….too find a tone of white and blue pills ?? 🤨next it continues…. There was more pills stock in the ac vent unit….. then we went to do laundry and Washer was full of hair and dryer did not work at all…. Took our money and nothing dead ☠️ Told the front desk and did nothing but say sorry ….. this is by far the WORST place ever I stayed ….HORRIBLE …..too top it off we did not feel safe …. Some of the staff smell like the had been smoking marijuana !!

There were prostitutes outside. The room was disgusting and smelled awful. Deadbolt on door didn't even work. Felt very worried about family's safety and was told could not get refunded if we left early.

I am very unhappy with my experience!

The hotel was in a great location.

The hotel was not very clean, the pool was closed, the breakfast was not at all what is was suppose to be, they did not even have the proper dishes for what they did have ( they had some kind of lids for bowls), one of the employees walked right in my room around 11 pm, I forgot my room key in the room and he charged me $10 for another one (I was only given 1 key per room at xheck in), the manager had his car parked right in front of the entrance (you had to walk around his car to even get in the door) with cords laying everywhere (to charge his car) ( my daughter tripped over the cord and almost smashed her face on the concrete), there was no internet. When I tried to talk to the manager about all the things he told me that was a matter of opinion and I didn't ha e to stay there (but i had done paid for the weekend and did not have the extra money to rent another hotel, because if would of took 7-10 business days for the money to go back on my card). He was very rude and disrespectful! I will never stay there again or recommend that hotel to anyone!!!

Absolutely nothing.

The smell, the type of people, it was dirty and ran down. Pool is closed. Didn’t have that information when I booked. Whole reason I booked because it was reasonable & my son could swim.

To start off, the sheets were dirty. Had like a huge snot or shit stain. Curtains were torn up, stains on the carpet and it smells like cat piss. The bed frame was nasty. Ice machines didn’t work, the breakfast was terrible. Went down early to get food and it was a few bagels, and old muffins, some orange juice and crusty milk; maybe pancakes. There was barely any comfortable location outlets to charge phones. And the WiFi did not work for a single one of us, or our devices. Every morning we’d wake up and go down stairs to a huge group of homeless in the lobby just hanging out chatting and smoking in the parking lot, making it feel uncomfortable. The beds had to very uncomfortable pillows each. I’d wake up in terrible pain.

Everything from the cleanliness to the quality of the room. My room had broken doors and the lighting was terrible. The bed was rough and there was really loud music playing every night. It was the worst experience I've ever had i wish I could have just gotten my money back

A bit of a letdown overall.

The staff is friendly when engaged.

I was quite looking forward to my stay, as the photos posted here looked inviting, but unfortunately, the inside felt like it’s been in a state of renovation or neglect for some time. There were several maintenance issues throughout the property — the fridges next to the check-in counter were out of order and filled with old parts, the pool was closed, and the ice machine on the second floor wasn’t working. One of the rooms I passed even had its lock replaced with a large padlock, which didn’t give the best impression. I was also under the impression that I had booked a room with a mountain view, but didn’t receive one. On top of that, I had to get my room key replaced every day, which was a bit frustrating. The hallway leading to my room wasn’t pleasant either: stained carpets, a wall with what looked like a large indentation, and a general feeling of neglect. Inside the room, the air conditioning wasn’t working (or that was my impression), so it would get stuffy and had a strong bleach smell. The floors weren’t cleaned properly — I noticed food crumbs or chips left around. Breakfast was very limited. Most mornings only had bread, plain bagels, waffles, and apples. On the last day, I saw two kinds of cereal and a small yoghurt, which helped a bit but still felt lacking. With a bit more attention to maintenance and cleanliness, the property could be much more enjoyable. But as it stands, I was left disappointed.

The pool is closed forever. When I booked it was open. The room was disgusting. There was dirty beding on the pull out couch. Holes in the wall, gum smashed into the carpet and no toiletries because they ran out. They did reimburse me quickly because I canceled my second night.

I’ve stayed in Wyndham hotels and this experience seemed like a meth house.

I wrote to Wyndham and sent pictures. Worst experience I’ve ever had. Completely unacceptable and disgusting. Didn’t sleep. My 10 year old picked up a bullet off the floor that looked like it wasn’t vacuumed in years. Hair all over the bed which tells me it probably never gets new bedding. Broken window. Disgusting microwave. Stains everywhere. Exposed wires. From outlets. Holes in walls and doors. Smoke detector was wrapped in plastic. Room door didn’t even lock. Had to barricade the door to keep the people on drugs in the hallway from trying to get in.

The hotel smelled bad, the carpeting was disgusting, the room was claustrophobic. I have stayed an several Baymonts this was terrible. I decided to not stay in the room after I had checked in. I would never recommend this hotel.

Room-wasn’t great the AC didn’t work, the toilet paper holder was broken. They came into our room when we had the do not disturb sign on our door and the pool was green when when checked in was told it just started to have issues and would be up by 10am the next day it wasn’t . Breakfast wasn’t good, eggs cold, sausage cold, hash browns grey….wasn’t good even if it’s free.

Overbooked

It was to have a pool and slide. We saw nothing due to a error that causedba no stay, non charge to a over booking mistake.

I was trying to get a room but booking over booked an they eerent able to accommodate a room to the mistake. They said it wouldnt charge in the effect of the mistake not being our error etc. But it still left us with finding another place due to this.

Main pool closed, open pool was so dirty water looked green. There was no internet, the front desk person said that there was only 2 places in the building that it worked so not to try and use it. The breakfast was okay but if coming after the 1st breakfast eaters, there would be nothing left. Building over all was dirty and dinghy.
