The Academy Hotel is absolutely beautiful! Rooms were very clean, beds were so comfortable, Staff was super friendly, atmosphere of the lobby/ sitting area/ pool was stunning, and the location was perfect for my visit with my son at the Air Force Academy. The complimentary breakfast was outstanding!

I loved the wait staff, they were helpful, i didn't like the cattle wrangling for breakfast where you need to obtain a plate from the front to eat, that was a little strange for me, i think the cooks should have uniformed clothes and their hair should not be exposed over food, but the stay was nice over all, the room was kinda small but cozy, and the beds are amazing too sleep on, i wish they had more on site activities, so much space you could do way more with it. The pool was closed but the game room is in that area so you can only use that when the pool is open.
I didn't like how the one flashy male front desk guy didn't want to help us with our reservation, it seemed like we were a bother for him, but the young lady was super helpful, young, short Hispanic woman i wish i could remember her name but she was the best found us a room next to our family as the other front desk guy simply told us there was none available... kinda rude even... so he gets no kudos from us... but she went above and beyond and that's the type of dedication too service i want to see

The breakfast was great, the staff were outstanding, very nice and great customer service. Shuttle pickup daily and frequently to Denver airport, that's my only reason for staying. I love that they recycle. Thank you.
My TV was not working so they had to come repair it, the facility is old and noticeable, although some things have been upgraded. My shower tub was not draining.
