Rooms were very nice and clean. It’s well located.
The hallway to our rooms needs work. As we walked down the hall to our room we felt it was shabby compared to the rest of the hotel. The other issue we had, was the staff checking us in didn’t know how to handle bookings that are booked through Booking.com. We were there to volunteer at the casino and I booked a group of rooms through booking.com. As people checked in, there were issues finding the reservations. I had been contacted by the hotel ahead of time to give names for each room; I sent the information in and I also left a list at the front desk with the names for each reservation - still, there were issues!

Staff was extremely courteous and knowledgeable
Room was dirty and linens were not changed. We had to be relocated to another room. We were given complimentary breakfast but soured the whole stay. Rooms need some TLC and proper maintenance. Toilet seat in new room did not fit.
