Friendly staff, good and efficient.

Microwave did not work. Bathroom sink drain slow/clogged.

The guy at the front desk (can't remember his name) was fantastic. Very friendly.

My only issue with my stay is there was very little hot water for the shower. I like hot showers and this one got Luke warm. So if you like hot baths or showers you might want to go somewhere else. Other than that it was a good hotel.

They have upgraded and appeared to be trying to improve. The young man at the front desk was very polite and tried to be helpful, but really did not consider the actual depth of our concerns.

Pool and hot tub being renovated, no notification. Desk clerk did upgrade us to a room with a jacuzzi, but we lost the spare room we were looking for. The upgrade was obviously rushed and unprofessional. Carpets not under the trim properly, new wall paper peeling due to poor installation. TV had all optional HDMI and USB ports disabled and we were told they did not have an alternate, and obviously did not care. If we were still travelling with children we would have told them to play in the lobby until the TV situation was corrected. Last, there was a FECES STAIN on the couch, so we turned the cushion over. We informed them at checkout and were told they felt they should check. Really? Booking needs to consider NO up front payments! A refundable deposit, until you have seen your room and decided to stay! We felt trapped.
