    Upon entering the facility there was no one at reception. A lady very casually dressed was sitting in the lounge area. She then proceeded to the counter. The whole process was rather unpleasant and off putting. When we got to the room it was passable but very close to my worst experience in such establishments. When we went to use the shower the tub was already full like someone had taken a bath and not emptied it afterwards. This show that the place was not thoroughly cleaned after the last guest before my stay. On the 2nd night one of the staff members proceeded to enter the room announced without knocking and for no apparent reason. He did apologize but the whole situation was extremely odd.,This scared my son who has anxiety, and made me very uncomfortable.
