    I had a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience during our stay. Our room was mistakenly assigned to multiple guests. After we checked in and were getting ready to go to the pool, another family was able to open our door using their key card. At that moment, my wife was partially undressed near the entrance, which made the situation extremely embarrassing and distressing for both parties. We reported the incident to the front desk. While the staff member apologized, no supervisor or manager came to speak with us or address the seriousness of the situation. This lack of proper response was very concerning. The issues did not end there. Around 10:00 a.m. the next morning, housekeeping entered our room multiple times without knocking, insisting that checkout time was at 10:00 a.m. I was still asleep and woke up to someone opening the door repeatedly, which felt like a complete invasion of privacy. Additionally, our bathroom was broken during our stay. We informed the front desk, but instead of moving us to another room or fixing the issue promptly, we were told to use the lobby restroom. Even by the time we checked out the next day, the bathroom had still not been repaired. Overall, this was a very poor experience due to serious privacy violations, lack of proper management response, and unresolved maintenance issues. We will not be returning to this hotel.

    Required a nights stay in Red Deer and booked with iHotel which is located just off the QEII on 67 St. It's situated near a lot of restaurants and other businesses which is very convenient. Check-in was fast and easy and we even received a room upgrade (who doesn't love an upgrade?) We opted to stay and eat at the hotel and were not disappointed. Monica and Rowena provided outstanding service and the food was delicious! The hotel itself has an art deco vibe, which I love! We didn't have time to use the pool or hot tub so I can't comment on it. My only concern is the carpeting in the hallways which may cause a tripping hazard in some areas. All in all, a very pleasant stay and will definitely book here again!

    Not bad but the breakfast was horrible. Cold, Styrofoam plates and paper forks and spoons. The hotel is old, the carpet is falling apart. I had a huge fridge in my room. I could barely fit to get in.. so weird.
