The staff was very respectful and nice, food was awesome

There was hair all over the sheets,, the staff took care of it right away. When they clean the room , they didn’t clean the bathroom floor.

The bed was great and bathrooms were so nice

I didn’t like that the tv would un program itself and that there was no way to cast things like Netflix on it even though it was a smart tv.

The bed was comfortable.

During my first stay in August, the hallway and my room smelt like smoke. During my recent stay, I requested a connecting room for my elderly uncle and instead, we were connected to another guests room and there was no privacy. I could hear all of their sexual grunting at 2:23am. Yes. That is the time I was awaken. I went down to the front desk and stayed for an hour. After returning to my room the guests resumed their sexual activities and again, I could hear ALL of their expressions through the double doors. I called customer service who called and then visited the guest. It was very disappointing to be on a family visit and experience the continued sleep disruption.

The room was dirty, no one was able to clean our room or change our sheets when we asked because they were shirt staffed. The bathtub was dirty. The front desk lady was very rude as well

Bed bugs !!!!!! There were bed bugs in our beds.

Was extremely clean in a very good location plenty of things to eat morning breakfast was good. Staff was extremely friendly and super helpful.

I called ahead of time because I was coming four hours away to let them know that I was coming and to confirm my reservations and when I got there, they had given my room to someone else and I had to sleep in a room that I did not choose and the beds where to small for two adults to sleep comfortably they did something in the computer and made it look like I booked the wrong room

The staff was very professional and knowledgeable. The bed was comfortable. The food was great and it was in a very convenient location. I plan to stay there again five stars is not enough.

Only that some of the patrons in the middle of night round 3 o’clock in the morning in the room next to me we’re very loud, but it was delayed day weekend, so people were quite excited

The area was very clean and staff was very friendly.

There was nothing I did not enjoy about the hotel.

The breakfast was not what I expected. Eggs only. I was told they didn't serve sausages or bacon on Sunday but, the bagels with no butter or cream. Cereal no milk 09/21/25. Thanks for everything else being nice. I went out for breakfast. Just need to improve on breakfast.

Staff was nice, beds were comfy. Location is great. Walking distance to a lot of places.

Pricey for what you get. Breakfast was terrible. Milk was old, sausage was horribly dry. Not a lot of choices for breakfast. Tv keep going in and out so we couldn’t even watch a show. Pool was very basic. Our door was very had to open and close. We had to force it closed every time we closed it.

The rooms were spotless both times.

The employee didn't know which side of the building that you can park on. To be able to see your car on.

The location was great.

The lack of staff was very evident. We had to wait for Maria on checkin to stop checking in people in order for her to come to our room to sort out the issues we had.

The breakfast was decent, not too many options but it was good.

We weren’t able to use the pool because of a guess accident in the pool, my room had 3 spiders and our cards kept getting deactivated and we kept getting locked out of our rooms and my kids room was so hot and the air must not have worked!

The location was good for what we needed. The beds were comfortable.

We booked a room for four people when we arrived there were only towels for two people, the safe was broken and the blind didn’t lift as that was also broken.

Everything was dirty, room, bathroom, hallways, front desk, elevators, outside of hotel. It all looked like a slum hotel. We have stayed here before and not experienced this level of filth.

The grounds and hotel were well kept. The room was nice. I loved the tv being on a movable mount. It was clean and smelled fresh.

It was extremely quiet.

the breakfast was some of the best that me and my wife have tasted at a hotel. It was hot,everything was set out so neatly,and most of all ,the cook was exceptionally nice,and made sure we were satisfied.
