The booking online would NOT take my credit card payment, and when I sent my card with my son we were told I had to come in person each day and sign the paperwork.

The front desk is trying to keep my deposit claiming my room was missing towels. Who in their right mind would remove any towel from any hotel YUCK!!!

I’m disappointed with the policy regarding extending my stay. Despite being a current guest in good standing, I was met with inflexible rules and a lack of accommodation when I requested an extension. There was little effort to assist or provide alternative solutions, and the communication felt dismissive. It's frustrating to feel like loyalty and convenience are disregarded in favor of rigid policies. I expected a more customer-friendly approach, especially after already committing time and money. Booking had already confirmed there was availability at this location for the requeted dates. This experience has left me feeling undervalued and unlikely to return or recommend the property to others in the future.

THe front desk staff was a excellent welcome to the property. She was pleasant, accomodating and efficient. Breakfast was not worht the time, but the clean facitily, the peacefiulness and the location were a welcome reprive from the road for a night.

The staff was very welcoming and answered all my questions.i asked for a later check out, and it was granted, Your breakfast selection is great. There was plenty for everyone, and the guests enjoyed it. Well, we did.

You guys was sold out but i made my registration weeks early hoping I would get the room i had before this stay, did not like the first floor very noisy, the latch on door did not work properly, part missing and every time someone used the bathroom we heard the toliet running in ours and then the shower drain was bad, it was overflowing so we were forced to take quick showers

Some of the rooms weren’t clean and inoperable and a lot of things weren’t working. I heard three guests in front of me complain about this and instead of the counter clerk helping them and they were told they have to stay in those rooms and they can’t help them.

The base was really broke. You couldn’t sleep on them too good. They didn’t feel good at all. Had a horrible night sleep just think y’all really need to upgrade your beds. The mattress are horrible.

I think the breakfast was very nice. Very nice staff. Just the rooms didn’t work for me.

The clerk wasn't helpful was on her cellphone. I stay here all the time when I drive in. She wasn't as welcoming as my last visits.

I loved that the property was in a great location! Right off the expressway and right in the middle of everything!

I have no complaints.

Check in was easy. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The hotel was quiet. Lots of chain restaurants close by.

Breakfast was just ok. Not crazy about the paper thin egg patties, yogurt was no longer cold by the time I had breakfast, and the waffle maker undercooked my waffle. Checkout was a real pain. There was nobody at the desk, and I had to wait over five minutes for anyone to show up.

Staff was poor. Informed of highly noisy neighbors late at night, then EARLY ( 4:30am). Staff gave standard lip service and did nothing to solve the issue. Three people stayed in our party but only two towels: requested additional towels but was informed front desk didn’t have keys to get anymore. Will never again stay here and will inform others to avoid this place. Very uncaring staff and disrespectful. Poor, poor, poor. Will expect the standard lip service to this matter.

It was clean quiet and reasonably priced

The tv in my room didn’t work because it wasn’t connected to the WiFi and I had looked forward to lying in bed and watching tv that night. I didn’t return to my room after I checked in until late the night and didn’t want anyone in my room that late. When I told the lady at the front desk she apologized but didn’t offer to discount my stay
