The breakfast was amazing! Served beautifully almost like Afternoon Tea. Location suited us - 15 mins walk from Tokyo Station. Would come back just for the breakfast!

I loved the location of this hotel. My single room was very small, but I knew this when booking.
When checking in, the staff weren't super friendly, but new staff next day were great.

Rooms were large enough (compared to the Japan standard) and clean. The room was quiet and tidy. Staff was really kind and helped us navigate our way to the airport the next day.
Everything was really nice, the only issue is that our bathroom had a slightly weird smell when we came back from dinner in the evening. After a while it dispersed. Perhaps it is because the building appeared to be slightly old. Other than that, good option to spend a couple days in Ginza.

Good location with easy access to the metro
Tiny room as expected in Tokyo.
The most uncomfortable bed i have experienced so far.
The staff is cold and unfriendly.
