Great stay with excellent location and good value for money in central Tokyo. The hotel is located on the fringe of the Ginza district on a quiet street, which makes it a peaceful base while still being very close to the action. It’s within easy walking distance to multiple subway lines, making it very convenient for getting around Tokyo and connecting to major areas like Tokyo Station, Shibuya, and Asakusa. The surrounding area is safe, clean, and quiet, with convenience stores and restaurants nearby, which adds to the overall practicality of the stay. Rooms are compact, as expected in Tokyo, but clean, modern, and functional. Staff are friendly and helpful, and check-in/check-out is smooth and efficient. Overall, a solid option for travellers who prioritise location, connectivity, and quiet surroundings, and don’t mind smaller rooms.

While the staff were polite, the service felt somewhat distant and impersonal. Several room-related issues affected comfort. The corridor on my floor was noticeably warm throughout my stay, which was uncomfortable at times. The room window offered no real view, with roughly two-thirds frosted, making the space feel more enclosed and less inviting. Practical design elements also felt lacking. Power outlets were only available on one side of the bed, which was inconvenient. The room layout could also be improved—there was a desk chair that took up space, and a pouffe stool that felt unnecessary; a foldable chair would have been more space-efficient in a compact room. Laundry facilities were limited, with only two washing machines on the ground floor, requiring repeated checks for availability.
