    Booked through Agoda and specifically chose a 26㎡ room, as room size was important to me. There was a small mix-up at check-in and we were initially given a smaller room, but the front desk handled it very well. After checking the reservation, they quickly changed us to the correct 26㎡ room without asking us to contact Agoda, which I really appreciated. The location is excellent for Ginza — very convenient for shopping and also close to Tokyo Station. For the price, room size and location, it’s very good value. One useful tip: if you want your room cleaned, make sure to put the “Need Clean Up” sticker on your door in advance. We didn’t do this on the first day, so our room wasn’t cleaned. The only small downside was the lack of skincare amenities. I’d also suggest the hotel double-check room sizes when assigning rooms to avoid similar mix-ups. Overall, a very good stay with professional service. I would definitely consider staying here again next time I’m in Ginza.

    if you love shopping in Ginza, this might be a place for you! if you love travel in Ginza Line, you need a bit of exercise to the train station. the room itself is small but as expected for tokyo hotels in general they provided you bath kits you can collect at G Floor

    Would say this hotel definitely is not kid friendly nor is it clean in anyway They dont provide fresh towels daily nor do they even take out the garbage in your room. They leave everything there until the 4th day is when they will offer a full room cleaning.
