Overall, it was a pretty nice stay and I'd recommend it for anyone travelling to Niagara falls.

The room was pretty comfortable to sleep in and even though I didnt see the staff that much, they were pretty nice. Overall, the room was very comfortable to sleep inside of and for solo travelers, i recommend it.

Honestly, there isn't really much about to complain about when it came to my stay there. If there are any complaints, I'd say that while the breakfast food they provided was by no means bad, it's not exactly the best.

It wasn’t great but it was okay for what it cost me.

The customer service desk service was excellent.

The lighting wasn’t bright enough and the beddings and towels were bit damp and stained. The bath towels were quite small. The carpet was old, damp and dirty.

The location is good and free wifi helped. The cleaning staff was great.

Property itself is really old. First the keys provided wouldn’t want to work. Took us a while to get in. Then the main lights didn’t work; only the night stand lamps worked. There were 2 big disgusting stains in the sink vanity and tub.

Cozy motel across the road from Niagara rapids in a walking distance from Whirlpool Aero Car and GO

The charming sound of Niagara rapids in the canyon just across the road, close to the Whirlpool Aero car, peace and quiet, friendly staff, easy check-in and check-out, comfy beds

Breakfast was too basic. I expected it to be more generous for the price of my stay. I advise the hotel management to check out with Super 8 in Sarnia, ON. The same hotel chain, and they truly offer much more substantial breakfast there.

That was a great getaway for me and my kids!

The room was clean with comfy beds and no odors, clean towels. Good quiet location - although 3 km away from the busy downtown, it gives you a great opportunity to have a nice walk. Big parking lot. Clean outdoor pool. Literally 5 steps away from a Peruvian restaurant. I and my friend was sitting in the restaurant in the evening and observing our cars, entrance to our rooms and three kids of the age 6-8-9 y.o. running around and always being visible. Very friendly staff. Special thanks to the front desk (Terry) for very open and friendly attitude. Breakfast was decent for motel style place, although my kids wanted some cheese or salami :)

Breakfast could be a lot better. Your only options is cereal and toast. We had to go elsewhere and spend more money on breakfast when I was hoping to save a couple of bucks. The outlet in bathroom did not work at all so no point of having blow dryer connected there.

Disappointing Experience – Not up to Wyndham Standards This establishment is old and poorly maintained. The air conditioner makes an unbearable noise, as does the bathroom fan. The maintenance overall is very lacking — even the pool in the morning was full of insects and leaves. The room itself was outdated, with very old furniture and clearly in need of renovation. As for the “included breakfast,” if you consider a diluted coffee and a slice of cheap white bread with a tiny portion of jam a real breakfast — even prisoners are served better! It’s extremely disappointing, especially coming from a hotel branded as Wyndham. The TV was another disappointment. It was advertised as having satellite channels, but in reality, it only offered a few outdated over-the-air local American channels, including infomercials, with poor image quality. We stayed at another Wyndham in the city and were offered a proper breakfast: peanuts, eggs, muffins, waffles, croissants — at least the minimum standard. Overall, the experience was far from acceptable.

Poor selection of "breakfast" items we went elsewhere for food. 2 types of cereal neither of these we did not like, juice tasted funny and was brown colour for orange mango, and bread to make toast. Fruit and muffins would have been great.

Cheap and dusty

Price is cheap

The hotel is dusty smells bad (mix of humidity,dust, and cigarette). It was not clean at all. I found dead insects ans ants in.the room. The vent was so dusty. The breakfast was toast and jelly only. I don't recommend this hotel unless you want to stay in a cheap emplacement. I would not pay 150$ per night.

It was in a decent location

It was old, everything was outdated. The rugs were dirty and had burnt holes in them, The door wasn’t easy to open or close. The blow dryer stand was not secure to the wall and the towels were very hard. I should have bought my own towel. The rooms had bugs
