About this house rental
The home is nestled in Stellenbosch, in the famous South African winelands, at the foot of the Coetzenburg mountain range and is the perfect place to spend a relaxing December holiday. Located 2km away from the centre of Stellenbosch, this home is at once away from it all as well as conveniently situated for all your essentials. We're a stone's throw away from a number of famous wineries, where you'll taste some of South Africa's finest or perhaps enjoy a tour.
Our house is situated in a quiet cul de sac, surrounded by trees and birdlife.
It is well appointed, with convenient indoor/outdoor flow, complete with an undercover entertainment area, barbeque facilities, dining for 8 people, as well as couches for relaxing and sipping a cocktail as children splash in the sparkling pool nearby.
Be advised that the pool does NOT have a net.
The outdoor entertainment area can be completely locked off from the house or alternatively, all doors opened for an indoor/outdoor atmosphere.
The house comprises of 4 bedrooms, main en suite and a second full bathroom. Main bedroom has a kingsize bed, 2 bedrooms have extra length queen beds and 4th bedroom has 2 single beds. All bedrooms have built in cupboards and wooden floors.
There is a separate lounge and dining room with open plan to the kitchen as well as a separate scullery, with washing machine and dishwasher. There are 2 fully operational fridge/deep freeze combinations.
The kitchen has standard equipment with 2 functioning ovens and a gas hob.
Upstairs, you will find a playroom, with a table tennis table all set up, beanbags and couches for children to lie on and a 2nd tv with dual view.
The house has WiFi as well as DSTV and the main tv is found in the lounge downstairs .
A cleaner is available at your request during the week days or just before check in and after departure.
A garden assistant visits once a week to take care of mowing of lawns, if this is convenient for you.
There is secure off road parking in the garage for 1 car.
The house is fully alarmed and beamed.
