Sofa bed is extremely uncomfortable and noisy. We ended up putting the mattress on the floor.

Great location

The location was the best! You can just walk and see all the nice sightseeing in the short walking distance . Bus Stop from and to the airport is about 3 minutes walking distance, Cable car around 5-7. The communication with the host was really good, they were helpful.

Great location and excellent breakfast (once I discovered where it was) hosted by a wonderful and helpful lady

There was a surprising lack of information, such as how to book breakfast or locate the building in which breakfast was available. The plastic booklet was tacky, with ads for cheap pizza restaurants. Surely an apartment as good as this deserves a folder with information about Bergamo, a range of restaurants, details about breakfast and practical info like where the exit buttons are located on departure when you have to leave the keys inside the apartment.

Perfect location in Bergamo. Highly recommend the place!

The location couldn't have been better! The apartment is situated at one corner of a beautiful piazza with great restaurants & is also on a city street that allows easy access to shops & great sight-seeing in Bergamo. The apartment is attractive & quiet & also has a nice balcony where we enjoyed having lunch outside.

Bergamo alta is always charming place to visit

Location in the heart of Bergamo Alta with a nice view on large square. The courtyard balcony/terrace was perfect to enjoy drinks and breakfast.

Excellent stay at Terrazza Rivola.

Excellent location, well equipped accommodation, clean, spacious, lovely terrace, beautiful view overlooking cobbled square, big comfy bed, lots of good quality towels, plenty hot water, good shower, multi channel TV, quiet at night. Friendly and helpful host who kept in touch during our stay.

Beautiful apartment in the upper town

Wonderful to be back in Bergamo after such an awful time for the city. The apartment is lovely with everything you will need and in a perfect location. Very friendly welcome and offered every assistance during our trip. Would highly recommend.

Ottima posizione, appartamento molto pulito, accesso agevole.

Avrei fatto trovare almeno una bottiglia d'acqua in frigo; cambierei il materasso (molto vecchio) e anche il box doccia (molto vecchio); metterei una luce sullo specchio in bagno e toglierei la lampadina appoggiata al box doccia perchè è pericolosa; avviserei che l'appartamento è al primo piano senza ascensore.

Da Bergamasco devo purtroppo dire che ci facciamo una brutta figura. Le pulizie sono scandalose, capelli, polvere e unto! I mobili sembra che sono stati trovati per strada e per di più inutili! Il divano che fate passare per letto non si può usare neanche come divano! Il frigorifero cade a pezzi e la doccia pure! Le prese e l'impianto elettrico tirato insieme da qualche cugino faccio tutto io. La Lampadina appesa sulla doccia anche no, fa schifo e non serve assolutamente a niente! Le persiane non si chiudono! La muffa che fa il giro di tutto l'appartamento lasciamo perdere!! Voglio evitare di condividere le foto ma tanto lo farà qualcun'altro. Basta davvero poco!!
