When I booked I thought the advertised breakfast meant it was of a hotel, but it was was actually some way away and when we got there it was pretty poor.
Tv was practically all in Italian and a lot of the channels didn’t work at all. Given the accommodation is advertised internationally it should provide an international range of TV. The bathroom was very small, especially the shower. No good for some who is 6 feet 2 inches. Fan was welcome, but really needs air con in Bergamo summer climate. Internet connection was intermittent to start with and non-existent for 60% of the time. Lot of cracks in the tiling. Overall, this potentially excellent apartment needs a bit of investment to bring it up to standard and to make clear that it’s not part of a hotel.

Great location
It was so hot as no ac - it was un usually hot for June but an AC unit would have been amazing. The fan helped but was still boiling

the location was great n the center of old town
the house needs renovation - its very old and the facilities also - broken tiles in the floor - very old bath- lights the dont work all
