The location is fantastic: just a 5‑minute walk from the old city, right next to the Accademia Carrara, and only 10 meters from the airport bus stop.

A pleasant stay in a spacious, well-located apartment with a very nice host

We had a fantastic stay! Accessing the apartment was incredibly easy thanks to the clear and detailed instructions from the host. The location couldn’t be better — close to everything we needed and situated in a lovely, quiet neighbourhood. The apartment itself was spacious with big, comfortable rooms, providing plenty of space for everyone. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. Highly recommend this place for a smooth and enjoyable stay! The host was great and so easy to communicate with.

The only downside was an issue with the shower having only cold water, even though the sinks had warm water. The host was very responsive and did everything possible to resolve it, but it seems to be a more serious issue that couldn’t be fixed during our stay. Despite that, everything else was wonderful, and we really appreciated the host’s effort and communication. We are sure this issue will be fixed quickly, so future guests will not have this issue.

Great 10 anniversary

Contact with owner was realy great. We was in touch whole trip (and after). Locqation wasd perfect, buses nearby. Wery close to railway to the castle. Quiet (except for Saturday).

At the biginning we have problem with hot water, but it turned out that all you have to do is let out the cold water and it will be fine (it usualy was fiew minutes for the cold water to go down)

Felt like you were being judged by neighbours! The door entry is very tricky , make sure you follow the instructions & call the second number for entry Apartment is big but lacks any character it’s just an old home collecting money with no great comforts

Great location in a historical building on narrow street of Bergamo ❤️

Nice looking condo with a high-ceiling, in a good location, close to the new and old centers of Bergamo. Host was very nice and let us check-in a bit earlier, while having a delicious cappuccino at Caffe Papavero

There is no balcony or open space, if you smoke you’ll have to do it on the street below because of the historical building designation of the place.. understandably so!

good place for your Bergamo stay

breakfast was simple but fresh and tasty. one fresh pastry, one coffee and one juice for each person/. just enough to start the day. shengi is a lovely host that will do anything for her gusts. she brought us blankets at 11pm. she is also active for weman rights which is very impressive. the place is located in a quiet Neiborhood close to the funicular and to resturants and parking lots. all in all everything was really great.

I have never been in houses like this one. È meraviglioso ! It is located in the heart of Bergamo, has wonderful view and many authentical details inside. Such a pity I was there only one night :) I recommend!

Very special place, which is impossible to forget. Allover we were satisfied.

Location is excellent and the italian breakfast in the caffe across the street was very nice. The apartment itself is a big surprice. It is so much out of any style, that you just have to look around yourself and smile. There are so many unuseful things, very old ones, it is like in a museum. Finally we found everything we needed.

If we do not look at the style (like a nice wooden table and horrible plastic chairs), we were missing some wardrobe or drawers where we could have our things. We had to keep everything in our luggage or place it on the floor. The smaller "bedroom" is walk-through" and its bed is for a cuple who really likes each other or for a mum with small child. It would be good to see more pictures to know what to expect.

Best place in Bergamo for sure

The house is in an exceptional location half way through old and new town, and very easy to reach by public transport. House itself is absolutely stunning, with stylish decor and all the equipment you need for your holiday (shampoos, soaps, gin in the fridge!, sugar, salt..). We felt relaxed in the apartment after the long journey we had and it was an excellent begin of our holiday. We would like to thank especially the host and the café staff for fantastic breakfast, generosity (free strawberries!) and for storing ur luggage. Highly recommended and we will be back for sure.

Everything was perfect but quite hot in summer but that is because it is a traditional building (however fans are provided)

Very nice apartments 👌🏻 Clean, cosy, stylish. Everything you need is here. We spend one night with family: two adults snd two children (15, 17 y.o) There is interesting library on English and italian language. italian Breakfast is in pretty caffe opposite the house. Railway station Bergamo 15 min walking. Highly Recommend!

Nie działało dobrze ogrzewanie, brak kołdry i narzut. Kuchnia wymaga wyposażenia: brak ścierki, płynu do naczyń, herbaty, ociekacz do naczyń jest, ale spływa z niego woda na ziemię, ekspres do kawy jest, ale był brudny, nieopróżniony. Woda ciepła raz była, raz nie było.

Bardzo duże mieszkanko, czyste, nieźle wyposażone, choć brakowało nam np. herbaty. Bardzo dobry punkt wypadowy, blisko starego miasta, wokół sklepy.

Une nuit en famille (escale)

Très bon emplacement par rapport aux transports. Comptez 7 arrêts de bus et 25 min depuis l'aéroport Orio al Serio (bus n°1 , 3 € le ticket), 17 min pour la gare de Bergame. L'appartement est très spacieux et propre. C'est calme. Le café c'est appréciable. On a pu aussi bénéficier de prix pour le petit déjeuner dans un café à côté et laisser nos bagages pour profiter de la ville.

On a eu un peu froid le soir car on n'a pas osé mettre le chauffage, mais une fois sous la couette ça allait très bien :)

De stat o noapte

Amplasarea este ok, accesul si ceck inul simplu. Nu cred ca vrei sa petreci mai mult de o noapte

Zdecydowanie nie polecam, najgorsze mieszkanie w jakim miałam okazję spedzic swoj pobyt.

Bardzo nie polecam danego obiektu, ale zacznę o minusach od początku. Właścicielka zaczęła wypisywać i straszyć schorowanymi ludźmi dosłownie w północy w dniu przyjazdu i kazała na ostatnią chwilę wysyłać zdjęcia wszystkich dowodów (dobra jest to standard we Włoszech ale błagam nie o północy jak jesteśmy w trasie). Bardzo ciężko było się z nią dogadać, odpisywała po paru godzinach i zrywała połączenia. Nie było ciepłej wody przez cały wyjazd kąpaliśmy się w lodowatej wodzie, jak zgłosiłam problem właścicielce poczułam się olana ponieważ stwierdziła że ciepła woda jest mimo że jej nie było! Przyszedł hydraulik naprawił spłuczkę w toalecie która również była zepsuta i rzekomo miał naprawić bojler, który i tak później nie działał i dalej myliśmy się w lodowatej wodzie 🤡. W udogodnieniach jest wypisany balkon a po wejściu do mieszkania był on zamknięty na klucz. Po prośbie o wydanie kluczy właścicielka stwierdziła że nie mamy balkonu w udogodnieniach i wysłała nam link do ofert mieszkania w której był zapisany ten balkon a ta dalej się upierała że nam on nie przysługuje! W kuchni robił się zaduch bo nie było żadnej możliwości przewiewu. W mieszkaniu jest bardzo głośno jak przejeżdża jakikolwiek samochód czy nawet jak ktoś stoi pod oknem i mówi cichym głosem wszystko słychać. Jest zamontowana klimatyzacja która również nie działa. Mieszkanie bardzo brudne, kafelki w kuchni ulepione bóg wie w czym. Czerwona podłoga “łuszczy się” i przykleja do wszystkiego. Chyba jest pokryta jakimś woskiem tak sądzę? Kawałki podłogi były nawet w pościeli… Ze zmywarki śmierdziało pleśnią, zresztą wszystkie sztućce też były brudne i musieliśmy je myć przed użyciem. W jednej z sypialni drzwi są wyjęte z ramy przez co nie można ich zamknąć. Wanna była tak brudna że po przetarciu jej ręką zostawał brud na dłoniach.

Bel palazzo signorile con arazzi alle parati, locali ampi e spaziosi, letti confortevoli e arredo in legno massiccio d'epoca. La struttura era accogliente e il sistema con codice è estremamente flessibile per quando non si sa indicare con precisione una ora di arrivo

Fondalmentalmente dettagli: Il boiler in bagno era bloccato, e di sera il contatto whatsapp non risponde, quindi abbiamo dovuto fare la doccia fredda. Alcuni particolari andrebbero messi a posto: c'era una porta divelta dai suoi cardini lasciata lí e un quadro appoggiato alla parete senza la cornice. La struttura è lontana un po' da tutto, ma sulla linea 1 del bus, quindi con i mezzi ci si puó muovere facilmente.
