The Abbey Grange consists of a kitchen/diner with an electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker and toaster, a sitting room with a woodburning stove and Smart TV, a separate WC, and an entrance hall with a mini pool table. The bedrooms comprise a king-size room with an additional single bed available on request, a twin bedroom and a double bedroom. There is also a bathroom with roll top bath, separate shower, basin and WC. The property benefits from oil central heating, WiFi, fuel and power included in the rent, and bed linen and towels included. A highchair and travel cot are available on request. Outside, there is off-road parking, a large enclosed lawned and gravel garden with table, chairs and a wooden bench, a rear gravel area, and access to a shared games barn with two table tennis tables, a skittle alley and a medium-sized snooker table. Three well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Please note that the games barn is shared with the attached property.
