Tri-Star House

The holiday park was in a beautiful location and very peaceful and was kept immaculate. We found the staff very friendly and helpful The holiday home we stopped in was clean inside, spacious and had most of the basic things you require .

There really wasn't a lot not to like , the only thing we found disappointing was the size of the restaurant/Caffe, the guy who was ruining it is a real nice guy , great sense of humour, but for the size of the park we expected it would be more of a restaurant with a proper bar etc but it's a small cafe with no bar but has a small selection of bottled of beer. Regarding the holiday home if we had to be picky the only things we didn't like was definitely the mattress but also plug sockets or lack of plug sockets,

Completely left alone no bother from anyone, easy access to keys and site very friendly, easy access to charmouth..not walking distance though easy access to lyme regis

Just turned up, enjoyed the stay and left with no hassle! - Perfect :)

Overall fantastic, these are not things we "didn't like", just a couple of minor points to feedback to the owner. Directions to caravan weren't accurate. It should have specified to turn down the road in front of the sign, we initially turned directly after the sign!. Once on the right road, we found it was the first van on the right, not the second, as specified in the directions. Knob on main oven was temperamental, kept slipping on the spindle, but we managed to use it okay.

Campsite very nice and clean, well kept. Bathroom was lovely. Single beds okay. Kitchen area workable.

Main bedroom mattress springs nearly coming through one side. Duvet covered top of mattress only, not long enough or wide enough. Gas boiler last serviced March 2025 as sticker said on boiler. No chest of drawers in bedrooms. Bare essentials in kitchen so no jugs or lge cutting board. Vacuum cleaner had no suction. Place needs some TLC but did have leaflet inside saying that it's up for sale which explains a lot.
