Welcome to Willow Court, a spacious and characterful mansion-style apartment in leafy Edgbaston, one of Birmingham's most sought-after neighbourhoods. With three bedrooms, generous living space and room for up to seven guests, it's a calm, comfortable home-from-home for families, groups and professionals visiting the city.
THE SPACE
Bedroom 1: double bed
Bedroom 2: double bed
Bedroom 3: single bed
Living room: sofa bed, plus a TV and plenty of room to relax together
Bathroom: modern bathroom with a bath, hot water, hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel
The fully equipped kitchen has an oven and cooker, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee, crockery, cutlery, wine glasses, pots, pans and cooking basics. There's a dining table to gather round for a meal in.
WORK AND LONGER STAYS
Fast wifi and a dedicated workspace make Willow Court an easy base for working trips. A washing machine, iron and wardrobe storage mean you can settle in properly. Stays of 28 nights or more are welcome.

A travel cot is available on request. Just let us know when you book.

Edgbaston is known for its tree-lined Calthorpe Estate avenues, parks, cafés and historic homes. Broad Street, Five Ways station and the city centre are all within walking distance. Edgbaston Cricket Ground and the University of Birmingham are within easy reach.

- Towels, bed linen, soap and toilet paper are provided.
- The apartment has heating but no air conditioning.
- Security disclosure: an exterior Ring camera monitors the shared external space, and a noise decibel monitor is on the property. It measures sound levels only and doesn't record audio. There are no cameras inside the apartment.
