About this villa rental
Perched above the harbor, Bellevue Estate is a British Colonial–style residence curated with Restoration Hardware interiors, blending refined island character with warm, comfortable spaces. A gated, 450-foot driveway lined with mature mahogany trees creates a secluded arrival, while bright interiors and expansive outdoor areas look out across the harbor, ocean, and surrounding hillsides.
The estate accommodates up to 12 guests across 6 bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. The indoor and outdoor living spaces are centered around the private pool and spa, with an adjacent outdoor shower and panoramic ocean vistas. A gazebo with a pool table offers a shaded place to gather.
Highlights include:
• Open-air pavilion with 270° harbor and hillside views, a full bar, dining area, and multiple lounges
• Private, lighted tennis court overlooking the ocean
• Full kitchen with stainless steel gas stove and oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, blender, and dining table
• Central air conditioning, Wi-Fi, Ethernet connection, and a dedicated workspace for creative or corporate retreats
• In-unit washer and dryer, 65-inch HDTV with Amazon Prime Video, and gas BBQ grill
• Solar-powered operations for a more sustainable stay
The private setting is also well suited to songwriting, writing sessions, rehearsals, and low-profile recording work, with the discretion and inspiration of a hillside retreat.
1. No parties or events without express permission from manager
2. No Smoking (smoking allowed in designated areas only)
3. Please respect the property
