Sand Dollar Estate in St. Thomas is set above 2 secluded white sand beaches on the shores of beautiful Magens Bay, covers approximately 2 and a half acres of beachfront property. Fully air-conditioned with contemporary island decor, Sand Dollar Estate has always delighted its guests, from celebrities to U.S. Presidents. Very secluded and luxurious, Sand Dollar is a luxury vacation of a lifetime.
The upper entry-level opens to 2 spacious king bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, indoor and outdoor shower, and an alcove with sofa bed perfect for small children.
A few steps below is the main level with a large open well-equipped kitchen exclusively for the guest, a chef/catering kitchen for our in-house private chefs, a separate full kitchen for guests, formal dining room, a sumptuous living room, a half bath, and a third king bedroom with a private bath.
The main level opens to a short flight of stairs down to the pool level with three air-conditioned bedroom suites, each with a king-size bed, full bath, sitting area with a sofa bed. They are connected by a large game room with a ping pong table, cable TV, and minibar, overlooking the pool.
Right off the pool deck are a separate recreation building with a professional gym, spa massage room, and rooftop covered deck.
The pool area features a 5,000 sq ft sun deck, tiled pool, gazebo, and an alfresco dining area with a grill and sink. Off the pool area are stairs down to the magnificent, secluded white sand beach, the crown jewel of Sand Dollar. Swim, snorkel, sunbathe, and relax in privacy and solitude. Guaranteed to be the nicest beach you have ever set foot on!
Just next door is Little Sand Dollar, renovated in 2024, a 2300 square feet stone cottage, three-bedroom suites (each with king-size bed, sleeper sofas, full bath, wet bar, custom closets, etc), the stairway down to another secluded white sand beach, fully air-conditioned with a well-equipped kitchen, jacuzzi, a covered porch, and an open deck overlooking Magens Bay with dining and living area. Perfect for newlyweds, teenagers or a small family.
Between Sand Dollar's main villa and Little Sand Dollar are the 2 newly constructed fully air-conditioned bungalows, both with balconettes overlooking Magens Bay, high-speed wireless internet, smart TV with premium cable channels, and in-room safes. Bungalow One is a one-room suite with a King size bed, full bath, sitting area with sleeper sofa. Bungalow Two features a bedroom with a king-size bed, a full bath, a separate living room with a dining area for 6, a sleeper sofa, a half bath, and a kitchenette/wet bar. The two bungalows can be connected into 2 bedrooms, 2 and a half baths unit. Ideal for 2 couples or a small family.
Besides the magnificent private beach and the luxury accommodation, Sand Dollar Estate is known for its Impeccable services. Professionally trained housekeeping staff, a full-time property manager, a private chef, a massage therapist, etc. Our attentive staff is on call 24/7.
A private boat charter will pick you your group at the beach. Jetski/water toys can be delivered with advance notice.
Our fully equipped gym features a full complement of Precor professional equipment including:
- Precord treadmill with heart rate monitor
- Precord recumbent bicycle with heart rate monitor
- Precor elliptical trainer
- Precor weight trainer
There is also an audio/video system with cable TV and a Sony 32' LCD TV. High-Speed WIFI throughout the property. This fully air-conditioned state of the art facility offers incredible down island views, as well as magnificent views of Magens Bay and our private beaches below. Enjoy the lovely deck outside before, during, or after your workout. Trainers and Yoga Instructors are available with advance notice.
Our fully conditioned, Spa massage room features a hydrotherapy tub, rain shower, make-up station, massage table, manicure/pedicure area, cable TV, and a Sony 32' LCD TV. Ideal for Lady Spa Day or couple massage. Exclusively for our guests.
Right above is our rooftop covered deck. Furnished with oversized sectional sofa and hammock, perfect for stars gazing at night or lounging during the day.

Great stay! The house was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Loved the quiet location and relaxing outdoor space. The host was friendly and responsive. Staff was fantastic, would highly recommend chef Wayne. Would definitely stay again!

This property is truly paradise! Everyone who went with us agreed we are unlikely to ever find anywhere better than this. The private beach was amazing, we only left one day to visit some other islands but you won't want to leave. Chef Wayne was awesome, we enjoyed every meal and the house staff were also very attentive to all our needs. The views day and night are incredible, we literally never turned a TV on for the entire 7 days. Hopefully we will get to return to paradise some day!

We had the most amazing time at Sand Dollar Estate. We were a group of 27 ranging in age from 1 to 87. Our every dream came true. Suzanne and John were the most gracious hosts, Mike and the property staff were most accommodating and kind, Chef Wayne was wonderful. If I could give Sand Dollar a 10 Star rating I would, I would encourage everyone if there is an opening book it now, you won't regret it,

We would do it all over again! The staff was amazing as was Chef Wayne! The property is beautiful with a nice big pool and sun deck. Just steps away from a magical beach with all sorts of things to do (paddle board, kayak, snorkel ect). We loved the catamaran and deep sea fishing where we left directly from the beach at the house! Everyone all ages had the best week!!!
