Review of St Johns – UtopiaOur three-generation family of 14 just spent a week in Utopia – literally. What a place. Views are spectacular, with magnificent vistas from the pool and almost every balcony, window and shower! Hummingbirds flit about all day long, the koi pool is interesting for kids and adults, and we sighted a few mongoose and deer from the property. The main public space had room for cooking, conversation, chess games and jigsaw puzzles, all at once. We ate at the outside porch table and bar every night that we were not eating in a Cruz Bay restaurant. Nighttime is quiet with the frogs and birds providing the background sounds of a tropical jungle.The property is up a steep hill, so be sure to rent a jeep, which you will need to explore the variety of nearby beaches that provide good swimming and snorkeling, and to go to the many hikes on the island.

Omg I don’t even know where to begin! Our experience was 5 star. They really know how to treat guests, felt like rock stars! We rented cars from them and where waiting at the villa, we also did the water taxi with them to the villa and lastly did a boat charter with them. Everything was top notch. The villa was clean, furniture was comfortable, the beds were heavenly, and often found ourselves getting lost in the endless ocean views. Our teens basically lived in the heated pool the entire time! The communication from the owners and property managers was top notch - they were knowledgeable, friendly and gave us great recommendations. We are already in the works to rebook for next year. … you won’t regret it! Thanks for a lovely stay. We will be back!

This is our second time with a group of 6 couples. The villa was perfect for us with views to die for, very surreal. The villa itself is absolutely beautiful, upscale and extremely spacious along with open concept kitchen and family rooms which is rare on the islands. The heated infinity pool was awesome!! The villa is extremely comfortable, private, clean, and very well equipped. We rented cars from the owners as well and they were at the villa when we arrived! We could not think of anything that would have made our stay any better.
