Guests enjoy private access to Peter Bay Beach where powdery white sand and vibrant marine life can be found.
Villa Carlota boasts breathtaking views of Cinnamon, Maho and Trunk Bays. In the distance, Tortola and Jost Van Dyke can be seen. From the Villa Carlota infinity pool, the turquoise sea and pool appear to come together within this tropical setting.
Sunsets from the villa are spectacular displays of color seen from the villa’s multiple verandas, balconies and patio. A perfect ending to a beautiful day in paradise.

Wow, this place had amazing views!! We have stayed at St. Johns three times and this by far was the best!! Great view, great pool, deck, and sitting areas! Very comfortable everywhere! Bedrooms were clean and extremely comfortable right down to the bedding! Kitchen had everything you could ask for and more!! Had plenty of beach chairs, snorkeling gear, coolers, beach towels, etc. The set up was very well thought out! Best part of this wonderful place was Mina the contact person for this property. She helped check us in, contacted us before we got there, helped with recommendations and great suggestions on some new spots we had not gone to. We were able to contact her throughout the week for any questions or help we needed. THANK YOU Mina!! Highly recommend staying here! We will be back!

Villa Carlotta was a beautiful property with a great view. It was very clean and fully stocked to host our family for a week. The location of the property was great - it was close to amazing beaches, trails and not too far from Cruz Bay.

Villa Carlota is gorgeous and has every amenity you could think of. The pool is insanely gorgeous overlooking the Caribbean sea. The home is impeccable and everything is included and available. Each room was luxurious and comfortable. We had our family of seven and everyone was absolutely in awe of all the amenities. Mina was always available and was very communicative throughout all of our stay for any questions that had about what which beaches to spend the day at & restaurants to go to.
