About this villa rental
This exceptional and private gated residence is located above the town of Cruz Bay with commanding views looking out to the many islands including St. Thomas, St. James, Lovango and St. Croix. It is adjacent to the Virgin Islands National Park and provides the ultimate in privacy. Isla Vista is fully air conditioned and has 3 beautiful suites each with a California king sized bed in the main house and 2 ADDITIONAL Queen suites above the garage.

Isla Vista was even better than we had expected! It was the perfect place for our family to relax, unwind, and spend quality family time together! The house is stocked with everything we needed plus more. The location was perfect—a super quick drive to Cruz Bay and Mongoose Junction and close to the beaches, not to mention the views and unbelievable sunsets!!! The evening breezes kept bugs away while we enjoyed the beautiful pool! Megan and Dan were great to work with. We will be back!

As an avid traveler, and STJ aficionado, Isla Vista hit all my buttons! Views, comfort, non-stuffy luxury, amenities (that pool!), and proximity to town are all 5 star at Isla Vista. We brought another couple with us and they fell in love with the casual island vibe meets old world colonial Caribbean luxury that Isla Vista so well embodies. We visit St John yearly and have finally found our perfect home away from home- Isla Vista we will be back! PS Dan's (caretaker) hospitality made us feel like locals, and royalty at the same time! Can it be February again?!!!
