This house exceeded all our expectations. Very clean. Everything you need for the kitchen, pool, etc was provided. Perfect location. The pool was HUGE. The outdoor sitting and eating area was used every morning and evening. We will definitely be back.

good. a couple of things. front door and some of the sliding French doors don't lock - but I am sure you know this since it has been like that for years - it would be great to fix these - it is annoying,.

This is my 4 year staying at Villa Ardisia. The property is in a great location and a beautiful property. Overall I was satisfied with our stay but wanted to provide a little feedback as to why it does not get 5 stars out of 5. Each year my largest complaint was the lack of an ice machine because the refrigerator ice maker could never keep up. Each year it has gotten progressively worse to the point this past stay it did not work at all. I have also noticed more wear and tear on the property but I guess that is expected given the popularity and amount of use. I will definitely stay here again and again I will offer to split the cost of an ice maker with the owners as I have told the Catered To staff for the past few years. I realize this is more of a convenience item but having stayed in Kaleidoscope Villa which had an ice machine in addition to the ice maker in the refrigerator it makes a huge difference.
