About this apartment rental
Our mom Suzanne brought us to this beach every summer, so when we renovated the condo top to bottom in 2025, we named it for her. Corner unit, sleeps 10, with two ensuite king suites, the flamingo bunk room, and a screened porch for crab nights. Sea Colony badges open a half-mile private beach, 12 heated pools, a splash pad, and 46 courts of tennis and pickleball. The Freeman Fitness Center is steps away and the free tram runs to the sand. Linens included, beds made.
THE SPACE Four true bedrooms across two floors: a main-floor king suite with ensuite bath, an upstairs king suite with ensuite bath, the blue queen room, and the flamingo bunk room the kids fight over. The upstairs loft adds a sofa bed and a desk. Three full baths, including a tub in the shared main bath for little kids' bath time. New HVAC (2026) with smart sensors, gas fireplace, smart TVs in the living room and every bedroom, washer and dryer, and a fully stocked kitchen for 10. The screened porch and wraparound deck are where the evenings happen.
THE RESORT Sea Colony is a gated beach and racquet community: half-mile private guarded beach, 12 heated pools (2 indoor), hot tubs and saunas, the Freeman Fitness Center steps from the door, 30 tennis courts and 16 pickleball courts, playgrounds, summer kids' programs, and a free tram to the sand. Guest amenity badges are required (ages 4+, $20–$58 per person per week by season, 2026 rates) and are purchased on arrival at the Beach Shoppe; we prep all the paperwork in advance so pickup takes five minutes. Badge fees are paid directly to Sea Colony; we add no resort or service fees of our own.
GOOD TO KNOW Starter supply of paper goods, soaps, and coffee provided; plan to pick up more for a full week. Maximum 2 vehicles (Sea Colony parking passes issued with badges). No pets (community rule), no smoking, no parties or events; primary renter must be 25+. All guests complete Sea Colony's pre-registration and liability waiver. The entrance is up one flight of exterior stairs. EV charging is not available at the unit; Sea Colony has four renter-usable ports nearby with pre-registration.
