Beach Club Getaway! Ample Amenities and Short Drive to Beaches!

The house was lovely, and very clean. I have no problem with the house or the owners. My problem was with the property manager's communication. I was told linens were not included, but when we arrived there were sheets on all the beds and towels in the bathroom, so thought they were included after all. I called the property manager and was told I had to wash, dry, fold and put away 5 sets of sheets, and all the towels, because they weren't supposed to be out. I was in town to attend my brother's funeral. Instead of spending time with family, grieving, I spent a whole day doing housekeeping, on top of paying a cleaning fee with the rental. All I got from the property manager was that they were very sorry. This was not my mistake and should not have been my responsibility to fix. In addition, the large trash bin in the garage was full to the top and very stinky. It clearly hadn't been put out for pick up in a very long time. I had to take all that trash out, too. I feel I'm owed at least a partial refund. I certainly won't go back.
