There’s something for everyone at this gorgeous, family-friendly Ocean View Beach Club home, offering access to abundant on-site amenities and an ideal location in a quiet neighborhood. Beach bums will love being just over two miles from the Bethany Beach Boardwalk, and nature lovers will want to visit the many nature preserves, wildlife areas, and state parks within just a few miles. Grocery stores, shopping, and the restaurants of downtown Bethany Beach are all within a few minutes’ drive. Community amenities include a resort style outdoor pool, gym, sauna, and pickleball.
At home, enjoy a serene morning with some coffee on your back patio with a view of the trees or explore the Assawoman Canal just steps away. Inside, you’ll find an airy, modern space with stylish furnishings and abundant natural light. The open floor plan combines the sleek, well-equipped kitchen with the spacious living room and dining area. The chef will love the stainless steel appliances and abundant countertops, and little helpers will love perching at the kitchen island to help. The home features four bedrooms and 3 full baths upstairs, plus one bedroom and full bath on the main floor. The upstairs layout works great for multiple families, as each bedroom is separated by a bathroom or laundry room for added privacy.
After fun days out, send the kids to the garage-conversion game room for some foosball, ping pong, basketball, or an arcade game while you mix a cocktail at the wet bar and snuggle up in front of the gas fireplace. Entertainment options include six streaming-capable TVs and free WiFi, ideal for any remote work left on your plate. More vacation conveniences include two laundry rooms - one on each floor - and central air-conditioning. You'll purchase wristbands at the clubhouse (CC only) with a copy of your rental contract. We'd include this in the price but the community requires separate purchase for liability reasons.
- Plentiful free parking available up to 5 vehicles (driveway and street)
- Beach chairs and toys available for your use
- Renters must be 25 years or older
- No pets (neighborhood policy for renters)

We could not imagine a better home for our family beach vacation. The interior was beautiful, clean, and spacious with many options for sleeping arrangements, flat screen TVs everywhere, an incredibly well-stocked kitchen, family-friendly equipment and amenities, and a perfect location. The neighborhood was quiet, the pool and gym were excellent perks, and the location was ideal for an easy drive to the beach. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and responsive. We would highly recommend this rental for anyone looking for a family friendly place to stay for their vacation at Bethany Beach!

Property was beautiful and well kept. Exactly what is portrayed and what I expected for a family vacation to Bethany Beach. Rooms and bathroom were plentiful and well worth having for a family trip. Location was great. Clubhouse was also great to use. Andrew was very responsive, easy to chat with, and checked in as needed. Would be happy to recommend to others and stay again.

The house was ok. It was a beautiful home and the kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes and cook wear. There were not enough wash cloths for the number of people we had staying in the house. Also the carpet was dirty. You had to drive to the beach and pay to park.Also paying to go to the community pool was not good. Whike it had a grill it was a very small it was filthy dirty and falling apart.
