About this house rental
This BRAND NEW end-unit townhouse in Ocean View Beach Club is ready for summer vacation! This home is filled with luxury upgrades including a gourmet kitchen and features 5 bedrooms and a bonus loft space and can comfortably accommodate 12 guests. Conveniently located just 1.5 miles from downtown Bethany Beach, Ocean View Beach Club offers the perfect location for your beach getaway. Sleeping configuration includes 1 King, 2 Queens, 2 Full Size Doubles, 2 Full Sized Over Twin, and a Queen Sleeper Sofa. Included is a changing pad in the coat closet by the front door, a booster seat in the other coat closet by the laundry room, pack and play in the upstairs bedroom closet, and a infant tub in the linen closet upstairs near the bunk room.
Linens, bed sheets and beach towels are not included. We can provide bath linens, sheets and kitchen towels for an additional fee of $265 paid separately. If you would like a beach towel package we can do that as well, it will be an extra $6.50 per towel requested. Please message us if you would like us to include any of the above packages.
What to do? Enjoy a bike or FREE shuttle ride to Downtown Bethany Beach for shopping, dining or spending the day at their award winning beaches or take advantage of the amenity rich community of Ocean View Beach Club where you can relax at the community pool with expansive sundeck and club house patio (also features a kiddie pool). The resort style clubhouse has a fitness center with spa and steam rooms, yoga and spinning rooms, billiards and lounge and banquet facilities too. Or you can play outside at the multipurpose sports court and bocce court. There will be a $38 per wk per person fee (payable by credit card only at the clubhouse) to use the Amenities in the community. These include the pools, gym, clubhouse, sauna, billiard room and Beach Shuttle. Kids 6 and under are free. Renters will be issued arm bands with the date marked. We have several beach chairs in the garage. For those rainy days we have wifi and cable along with a variety of dvds & board games.
Ocean View and the surrounding area also offers great restaurants, shopping and outdoor activities like nature walking/biking on the Assawoman Canal trails or kayaking on the Assawoman River and so much more.

This house was awesome it accommodated my family with enough bedrooms..very spacious. The kitchen was fully equipped..We had enough dishes,pots and pans. Just one room was without a television but there is a loft that had a television. I would rent this again.

Owners are excellent communicators- fast and on top of things. Their home is clean, spacious, and airy. The community is very nice. The pool has lots of seating and shade. It’s a quick trip to a CVS, supermarket, restaurants, or beach.

This was our second time staying here with our family. We love the house. It was very clean when we arrived. The kitchen is huge, and the dining room has enough room for 10 people. The beach is less than 10 minutes away. The pool is great as well, and it never gets super crowded. The owner is super communicative and responded promptly to address a minor issue. We would love to stay here again!

I stayed at this property with myself and a total of 11 people, including 5 kids under 5. The property was great! We enjoyed the house and space it provided us. The community was great, we enjoyed the pool area and amenities. Rachel was super easy to work with and even called me as soon as she saw I locked myself out of the door. Would highly recommend this property!
