We have stayed in a number of vacation homes, and this property was by far the most incredible! The home itself was beautiful, clean and spacious, accommodating our group of 10 perfectly. We had everything we could possibly need, from kitchen spices and cooking tools to beach towels and bikes. Chris and Melissa are the most detail-oriented hosts, giving attention to everything you could possibly think of to make your stay easy and comfortable. Each of their thoughtful touches combined with their excellent communication made this week a true vacation. Our families enjoyed everything the house had to offer, including the ping pong table in the garage and all of the beach accessories as well as the comfortable back patio and grill. The community pool and clubhouse were also wonderful to have access to (for an additional fee). Our crew of 6 kids could walk or bike there and back without a worry. The beach itself is not in walking distance, and the busy main road would make it tricky to bike with children… but the house and the amenities were so nice that we didn’t mind making that short drive. I would highly recommend this property for your stay in Bethany Beach. It is truly a gem! Chris and Melissa, thank you!!

This home is beautiful and had everything we needed! The dart board and ping pong were an added bonus for the kids.

I honestly cannot say enough about how wonderful this property was. It was immaculately clean. Well many listings state that the owner has thought of every detail, this Owner actually did. There is nothing that we possibly could have wanted that was not available in our home. Chris And Melissa were quick to respond to questions and gracious in every possible way. Having stayed in many VRBO‘s over the years, I can say that this was by far the cleanest and most thoughtfully stocked of anywhere I have been. Anyone who stays here is lucky. They made us feel like welcome friends rather than renters.

Check in was seamless! We had all of the necessary information two days ahead of time. Chris and Melissa were invested in providing a relaxing and amazing trip! The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, spices, and necessities. They thought of everything! We highly recommend this property. Two families and young adults had plenty of places to relax, dine and sleep.
