The Space:
With all the Ocean View Beach Club amenities, a location just over two miles from the beach and boardwalk, and style, this home ticks all the boxes for your next Bethany Beach vacation. Set in a quiet residential community, this spacious house offers plenty of room for the gang to spread out. Community amenities include an outdoor pool, a sauna, tennis and basketball courts, and a gym. Or, get your steps in walking the lovely paths throughout the community. When it’s time to head out, hop on the shuttle to the Bethany Beach Boardwalk (available on weekends and major holidays), or make the quick drive and spend a day on the sand. The home's outdoor space includes a charming second-floor balcony – perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails mixed at your wet bar downstairs. The interior boasts tasteful, beachy decor, new furnishings, and natural light. The open main level combines the kitchen, dining area, and living room into one ample space, making it easy to hang out together. The chef will love cooking up a feast with the stainless steel appliances, including a double oven and tons of countertop space for prep. Everyone can dine at the table or grab a barstool at the kitchen island. Relax in the central air-conditioning and grab a spot on the sectional to stream your favorite shows or tune in to the complimentary YouTube TV. Can’t agree on what to watch? House was as described with a well stocked kitchen that made the large group gathering easy! Bedrooms and upstairs were spacious! No backyard seating which would have been really nice! Overall happy with the description, the location and the unit

The house was great. However, we were their very first renters and the management company was not great. The AC didn't work for the first 3 days, during the summer, so it was no great. It took forever for the management company to address the issue. The owners were nice and equally frustrated but still the AC didn't work for the first 3 days. If everything had worked as expected then it would have been great. If you don't have to rely on the management company for anything you should have a good stay.
