The Space:

Renovated in 2023, this townhouse is located across the street from an outdoor heated aquatic pool and is a short walk to the community's newly renovated and expanded fitness center (which includes indoor and outdoor pools). This spectacular, spacious vacation home boasts a well-equipped eat-in kitchen, garage access, a screened porch, a gas grill, and a private sundeck. Two primary bathroom showers have also been remodeled, not to mention every bathroom here features ADA-compliant grab bars for increased accessibility. The three desks set up throughout make working remotely a breeze and offer you the privacy you desire when doing so. After getting some work done, relax comfortably while watching your favorite shows on one of the three TVs. The USB charging ports in every room and the WiFi here ensure you'll always be connected and fully charged. Added conveniences include ceiling fans in every bedroom, as well as a washer/dryer for any laundry-related needs.

This was my second time staying here with some friends, and it was absolutely perfect! Since our visit last year, the kitchen has been beautifully renovated with a new dishwasher, stovetop, and oven. We also appreciated the brand new washer and dryer in the laundry room. The best part was being just steps away from the pool and tram stop, which made everything so convenient. We’ll definitely be coming back next year!

Wonderful place. Since our last year stay, there was a new living room 65” TV, new outside gas grill, refurbished patio furniture, & updated living room decor. Will be visiting next summer.

Five Star Accomodations. Location of Beach House perfectly located to largest pool in the area and to beach shuttle pickup point.

The house was clean and pleasant but the furniture and appliances are dated and worn. The laundry needs new appliances. The dryer takes more than one cycle to dry.
