Welcome to Calvi!
Just 200 metres from the beach, this 38 m² apartment is ideally located at the entrance to Calvi, close to the downtown and shops.
You can easily enjoy the beach, get around on foot and find your car in the free private parking lot on your return.
The apartment is located in a street set back from the main road. You are therefore close to everything, while enjoying a quieter environment, away from traffic noise.
The accommodations are particularly pleasant for a couple, but it can accommodate up to 4 travellers thanks to its separate bedroom with a 140 cm double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. The air-conditioned living room opens onto an open-plan kitchen with breakfast bar and gives access to a terrace of about 7.5 m², designed to take your meals outside.
You can also enjoy a nice view of the mountain. The apartment is my main residence, which I offer for rent for about three months of the year.
It is therefore set up and equipped like a real living space, with a personalized decoration and many practical amenities to make your stay comfortable. Everything is designed so that you can enjoy your holiday to the fullest:

For your arrival, a secure key box allows a late arrival with ease. I remain available during your stay to answer your questions and advise you if you want to discover Calvi and the Balagne. A guide is also at your disposal in the apartment. Please note:
• The accommodations are non-smoking inside (smoking is possible on the terrace).
• Bed linen can be provided on request at an extra cost.
• A cleaning service during the stay can also be offered at an additional cost, without obligation.
