Le confort, l'emplacement, le parking, la terrasse, l'équipement de l'appartement.
Point faible
La qualité du couchage, trop dure, des cuvettes de chaque coté. 2 lits de 190 x 90 avec un "matelas" 200 x 180
Sinon je conseille pour tous les points forts

Tout est très bien par contre le clic clac dans le salon est inconfortable pour s’assoire donc impossible de penser à ouvrir . À changer absolument .
