We welcome you to this apartment located on the 2nd floor with elevator of a residence in the city center of Calvi. It is composed of a large living room (kitchen / dining room / living room), a bedroom, a bathroom (sink and bathtub), a separate toilet and a private covered terrace.
Surface area: 55m2 + terrace 8m2.
Capacity: 2 to 4 people.
Beds: 1 double bed 160x200cm and 1 convertible sofa bed 160x200cm
Arrivals / departures: Friday to Friday in high season (7 days min).
Immediate proximity to the beach of Calvi (200m), the city center / port, (500m), shops (100m) and leisure activities (diving, surfing, tennis ...).
Calvi airport 7 km away, Calvi train station 5 min away, Ile-Rousse ferry terminal 20 km away.
Rental classified 2* at the Calvi tourist office.
Household linen included (e.g. for two people: 2 sheets, 2 pillowcases, 1 bedspread, 2 large towels, 2 small towels, 1 bath mat and 2 tea towels). Supplied as a pack. Professional quality. Beds are not made.
Final cleaning not included (optional €50).

Casa Orsoni is a small family seasonal rental structure located in the city center of Calvi.
We offer different types of accommodation: studios, apartments and a house.
Our rentals are located on two adjoining sites (two separate entrances): one in our large private Mediterranean garden of 6000m2 and the other in building C of the “Résidence Casavecchia”.
In high season (July-August), we only rent by the week. Arrival and departure days are fixed. They are, depending on the accommodation, either from Friday to Friday, from Saturday to Saturday, or from Sunday to Sunday. You can consult under each ad the arrival and departure days specific to each accommodation.
In low and mid season, we sometimes relax arrival/departure days as well as length of stay. Do not hesitate to contact us if our online schedule does not allow you to book.
Ideal location, car not necessary.
Beach 200m away, town center 500m away and first shops 100m away.
Calvi airport 7km, Ile-Rousse ferry terminal 20km.
Parking, baby equipment, wifi and linens included.
Optional final cleaning (30€, 50€ or 70€ depending on accommodation).

All studios and the Corsican house (80 m²) are equipped with air conditioning. On the other hand, the apartments (55m2 and 40m2) are only equipped with fans.

We've been to Porto-Vecchio the first time in winter with baby and little dog. Christine is a great host: extremely friendly, sympathetic, helpful, charming and even (which is not normal in France) speaks very good English. She was always there whenever we had a question. The small house we've lived in was cosy, very clean (all the rest of the location as well!) and had even a baby bed and babyphones. The kitchen is real professional and has eversthing you can image (also a baby seat) and surely more than you will use in your holidays if you're not a professional chef. In winter there are petroleum heaters and the "walls" of the kitchen are covered with glass so that you feel warm inside. The spa is about 20m from the small house, the hottub was woderful in fresh winter nights, the pool (of couse) still so cold for me. Our baby enjoyed the children's playground within the garden. Sometimes the dogs of our host were there, but don't worry - they are real friendly and liked our small dog as well as the baby. We enjoyed that weather you just rent the small hut and not the villa you may use everything. In summary we'd love to come back! :) Merci beaucoup!
