La propreté des lieux est à souligner. Le parking est un vrai plus et le logement est tout équipé (il faut néanmoins prévoir ses draps).

Gescheiden wonen en slapen. Keuken voldoende goed uitgerust. Mogelijkheid om buiten te zitten Nachts erg rustig Locatie ligt vlak op loopafstand van centrum, strand en supermarkt (die laatste wordt nu verbouwd en was dus gesloten)
Soms gehorig, met name vanaf de gang (behalve nachts). We hadden problemen met de inductieplaat. Daar heeft de beheerder niet vlot en adequaat op gereageerd. Uiteindelijke probleem was dat niet elke pan op elke zone kan. Het vinden van het huis was lastig. Voor anderen: ingang op de begane grond met nummer 1
