About this apartment rental
Certainly the most beautiful residence in Calvi. This set was built around a century-old pine forest, which preserves the opposite. The pool was placed by the architect in this setting, surrounded by dry stones.
A caretaker, a team of gardeners and a pool supervisor keep the good spirit of the place.
Certainly the most sought after too.
Apartment - Eco - Design.
We took possession of the place in 2019, we had to do our best to live there from time to time and honor Corsica nature. Natural wood warms each room. The colors are both soft and vivid.
Apartment - Terraces
Inside and outside at the same time. Open the large picture windows and the apartment becomes a house. All living rooms overlook the main terrace.
View of nature and the pine forest, enjoy the sun and also protect yourself from the sun during periods of hot weather.
The terrace-loggia is a complete living space. With a lounge that invites relaxation, meals, an outdoor worktop-plancha.
Choose your chairs, benches, tables, ottomans, cushions and live the way you want.
The second terrace is opposite from a bedroom. Smaller, protected by vegetation, it is pleasant at certain times of the day.

Its location is perfect for moving in flip-flops, sneakers, pumps. 5 minutes walk from Calvi beach, 10 minutes from the first hikes, 15 minutes walk to visit, dine on the port or in the alleys of Calvaise.
Around the area, also do your market: small traders, delicatessen, caterers, cafes and terraces facing the sea.
Bed linen, towels and cleaning are extra and compulsory:
- linen 30 € for a large bed and 15 € for a small bed
- cleaning 80 €
To be paid at the exit
A deposit of 1000 € (not cashed) will be requested at the time of delivery of the keys and will be returned to you upon your departure if no damage is found.
Possibility to rent another apartment in the residence if you come with family or friends.
