About this villa rental
Fully renovated duplex villa. Located 900m from the city center, 600m from the beach.
In an independent Villa, quiet area.
It has an area of 70 M² including:
- 1 large air-conditioned living room with sofa bed 140 and TV.
- Fully equipped kitchen + electric barbecue.
- 1 16 m² terrace with pergola overlooking the garden and mountains.
- 1 bathroom with WC, washing machine.
- 2 bedrooms with 160 cm beds, air conditioning and TV.
- 1 bathroom with shower, WC upstairs.
The rental takes place from Saturday to Saturday, unless you wish to rent for more than a week.
Bed linen and towels are included in the price.

We really enjoyed our stay in Calvi. The accommodation was comfortable and well equipped, with air conditioning throughout. The large fridge was also very welcome.
It's in a peaceful location, but just a short walk to the lovely beach, the station, and Calvi centre where we found plenty of places to eat.
We look forward to returning one day!

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans votre belle maison qui était très bien équipée et très bien située.
Nous avons visité les alentours, ce qui nous a vraiment plu..... Nous reviendrons avec plaisir et nous conseillons sans hésiter la maison.

Tout était ok: propreté, literie impeccable, tout le matériel de qualité et complet. La Clim dans toute la maison était très appréciée. Propriétaire super sympa.

Maison parfaite, spacieuse, calme, fraîche, parfaitement équipée et propre. La terrasse et le jardin sont un vrai plus ! Notre hôte est très serviable et arrangeante, nous reviendrons avec plaisir !
