New duplex apartment (2012), a few steps from the white sandy beach of the Bay of Calvi. From its rooftop terrace, magnificent view of the citadel.
Possibility to have meals on the two terraces, one of 14 m², covered next to the kitchen, the other of 25 sqm, first floor.

Très bel appartement, spacieux, bien agencé, déco élégante, parfaitement équipé et entretenu, très bien situé, avec deux terrasses très pratiques. Tellement bien qu'on hésite à en faire la publicité...

We have rented many holiday properties over the years and this ranks as one of the very best . We loved the 2 terraces both with excellent views and although close to the beach, the port and Calvi centre it was so peaceful .It is very comfortable & well equipped .I cant recommend highly enough .
