Welcome to your first-floor apt in Cheadle with its own private entrance, sleeping up to 6 guests, private parking for up to 4 cars, tastefully furnished for families, friends, work groups, and solo contractors. We’re close to Manchester Airport, Manchester city centre, Stockport, The Alexandra Hospital, football and major events, Cheshire and Peak District day trips, plus restaurants and shops are within minutes' walk!
A first-floor apartment with its own separate entrance, no shared hallways or stairwells with other guests. Two bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a lounge with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, dining for 6, and warmed by gas central heating make it a genuinely comfortable base for longer stays, not just a place to crash between days out.

Manchester Airport (MAN): ~10–12 minutes
Stockport town centre: ~10 minutes
The Alexandra Hospital, Cheadle: ~5–10 minutes
Etihad Stadium / Old Trafford: ~25–30 minutes
Manchester city centre: ~25–30 minutes by car, or bus/tram from nearby Gatley / Cheadle Hulme stations
Peak District: ~40–45 minutes
Local restaurants and shops: a few minutes' walk
Sleeping arrangements:
Bedroom 1: Small double bed
Bedroom 2: King-size bed, with its own 55-inch TV
Living room/Lounge: Sofa bed converting to a double, with a second 55-inch TV
Each sleeping space accommodates up to 2 guests, with a maximum occupancy of 6.

Kitchen & dining:
Fully equipped for real meals, not just reheating: oven, stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kitchen utensils, spices, toaster, kettle with tea and coffee, and an L’OR coffee machine.

★ A Ring doorbell camera located outside the main entrance door monitors the exterior entrance only. There are no cameras or recording devices anywhere inside the property.
