A ground-floor apartment sleeping up to 6 guests across 5 separate sleeping spaces, ideal for groups who'd rather not share a bed. The lounge provides a comfortable place to relax after a day exploring and unwinding.
Two bedrooms and two full shower rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, outdoor seating, a dedicated workspace, a residential neighbourhood, private driveway parking, two 55-inch TVs and gas central heating make it comfortable whether you're staying a weekend or a few weeks.

★ Bedroom 1: King-size bed, plus a sofa bed that converts to a double, with its own 55-inch TV.
★ Bedroom 2: Double bed.
★ Living room/Lounge: Two sofa beds, each converting to a double, with a second 55-inch TV.

A dedicated desk and chair with complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi make this a genuinely workable base for contractors and remote professionals, not just somewhere to sleep between shifts.

Fully equipped for cooking real meals or grabbing a coffee before a long day: oven, stove, cooking utensils, spices, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle with tea and coffee, and an L’OR coffee machine.
The dining table seats 6.
Laundry & extras
Washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, and a hair dryer, handy for longer stays or work trips where you need to do a load mid-week.
We provide a starter supply of essentials to get you settled in comfortably, you're welcome to pick up anything extra you need along the way.

★ Stockport town centre: ~10 minutes
★ The Alexandra Hospital, Cheadle: ~5–10 minutes
★ Etihad Stadium / Old Trafford: ~25–30 minutes
★ Manchester city centre: ~25–30 minutes by car, or bus/tram from nearby Gatley / Cheadle Hulme stations
★ Peak District: ~30–40 minutes
★ Local restaurants and shops: a few minutes' walk
Outside & parking:
★ Private driveway parking for up to 2 cars.
★ Extra parking can sometimes be arranged in advance — just let us know how many cars you're bringing.
★ EV charging available at an additional cost.
Guest access:
Self check-in via a unique lockbox code and key, so arrival is simple and contact-free, whatever time your flight lands or your shift ends.
Guests have access to the ground-floor apartment, the driveway, and the outdoor seating area with garden furniture.
Other things to note:
★ Maximum occupancy: 6 guests.
★ Quiet residential neighbourhood — quiet hours 10 pm–8 am.
★ No parties or events allowed, fine is £1,000.
★ No smoking or vaping indoors or out, fine is £500.
★ No pets allowed, fine is £500.
★ No AC in the home.
★ The property sits close to Manchester Airport's flight path, so you may notice aircraft passing overhead at times throughout the day/night. Most guests find it more novelty than nuisance; some even enjoy the plane-spotting — but we want you to know in advance so there are no surprises.
★ A Ring doorbell camera located outside the main entrance door monitors the exterior entrance only. There are no cameras or recording devices anywhere inside the property.
★ Our team is on hand before, during, and after your stay for anything you need, including local recommendations.
