Experience the best of Capitola Village from this charming upstairs 2-bedroom, 1-bath condo in an unbeatable location. Step outside and you’re directly across the street from the restaurants and cafés along the Esplanade, with Capitola Beach just a short stroll away.
Located one flight of stairs up, this inviting apartment offers two comfortable bedrooms, a full bath, a cozy living space, and a small private deck—perfect for enjoying the fresh coastal air and lively Village atmosphere.
Park the car and enjoy Capitola on foot! While there is no dedicated parking space, a parking pass is provided for designated Village parking areas. Shops, restaurants, coffee, nightlife, and the beach are all just steps away.
Please note that this is a lively Village location. A popular beer garden next door features live music, which may occasionally be heard from the condo, particularly when the patio doors are open.
If you’re looking for a charming coastal getaway where you can walk to the beach, dinner, drinks, shopping, and everything Capitola Village has to offer, this is the perfect home base.

- There is no on site parking, however we do provide a parking permit and a map to the permitted spaces.
- TV is a smart tv with streaming capabilities. There are no cable or local channels.
- We are required to stick to our cancellation policy and we suggest adding trip insurance for any last minute issues that may impact your travel (Weather, Illness, etc). We are not able to cancel, move or refund bookings that do not fall in our cancellation policy for any reason.
