Casa Pozzi is a delightful country property a few miles from Lucca and from Collodi, the town of Pinocchio. If you love the countryside, if you dream of the views of the most authentic Tuscany, if you like the peace of the olive trees and evenings around a BBQ, this solution is perfect for your vacations.In winter you will be asked for a contribution in cash of euro 8 per day for the heating.
In order to stay in this beautiful house, you need to have your own transportation: it can be your car, but also a motorcycle or even if you are a bike lover.
The property consists of a large brick patio, a large garden with olive trees. On the ground floor:a nice fully equipped kitchen, a toilet with washing machine, and a nice living room. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms with space for a foldable crib if you have a little one. The bathroom is large with a window and there is a nice sized shower. Linens and towels are included, the bedroom windows have mosquito nets, and there are fans.
The house, (for your exclusive use), is all stone, with simple arrangements, such as closing the shutters on the windows during the day on summer days,it remains cool and pleasant all hours of the day and night. We will be happy to share with you, at the time of your welcome, or earlier if you request it, a few tips regarding the area,where to do your grocery, buying good local products, or where to go out for dinner.
